"I am Silla's King, Jin Heung." Ji Dwi reveals as everyone looks around, at each other in surprise.
I draw out my sword with the shink of it leaving my case, sounding throughout the throne hall.
"Everyone, who is in this room," I start off as I point to Ji Dwi, "bow before your new king, Your Majesty, Jin Heung!" I command then everyone looks at each other in fear.
They all go onto their knees, bowing before Ji Dwi as I give them a stern glare. The throne room's doors then fly open as Pa Oh walks in with fear in his eyes.
"Ahn Jae-Eun!" He calls out as he runs up to me. "Your sister as been shot by an arrow." He reveals then my eyes widen.
I look at Ji Dwi and he nods to me as I mumble a "thank you" to him. I drop my sword as I sprint out of the throne room and back home. I see Dog Bird standing in front of abeoji's shack, with an emotionless look on his face as tears run my cheeks.
"W-Where is she?" I start to ask him then I hear a bowl get thrown down.
We both jump in fear as we see abeoji walking over to us with anger, grabbing Dog Bird by the collar of his clothing and tears welling up in his eyes.
"She narrowly escaped receiving a fatal wound." Abeoji tells us then we both exhale in relief. "What happened?" Abeoji asks him then he looks at me. "And why weren't you there?" He asks me then I gulp.
"The Queen Dowager sent the chief guard to kill me. She was hit by the arrow instead of me." He explains then a tear runs down abeoji's cheek. "If I stay by her side, she'll continue to be in danger, because she knows that the one who influences me is Ah Ro." Dog Bird explains.
"How come you were not there?" Abeoji asks me as Dog Bird walks inside of the shack to Ah Ro.
"I-I..." I start off as tears well up in my eyes as I swallow my cries. "I was dealing with s-something personal." I answer then abeoji looks at me.
"And what was that?" He asks me then I clear my throat.
"Being by the K-King's side when he came out, saying he is the true king." I answer then a tear rolls down my cheek.
"That's not it, is it?" Abeoji asks me as I shake my head. "Then what else happened?" He asks me then another tear rolls down my cheek as I look up at him.
"A-Abeoji..." I call out then he places his hands on my shoulders.
"Yes, my daughter?" He responds then I broke.
"H-Han Sung...h-he's dead." I answer as I broke into a sob.
I wrap my arms around abeoji as he hugs me back as I cry into his chest. He strokes the back of my head as I continue to let out the emotions I haven't let out in a while.
"H-He saved m-my life. H-He jumped in front of m-me before h-his brother c-could stab me with a p-poison I couldn't even b-bare." I explain then I look up at him. "W-Why does it h-hurt so bad?" I ask him then he hugs me tighter.
"Because when you lose someone that has became a part of your life, that you had accepted, and loved with all your heart, it is difficult to let them go." Abeoji explains then I stand up straight as I rub my eyes.
"A-Abeoji," I call out then I look up at him, "there's something I need to tell you."

I start to beat on the wooden dummy in front of me with my wooden sword then I remember hearing that Ah Ro was becoming a Won Hwa. I start to hit the dummy harder and harder as I pant then I smack the dummy so hard, the wooden sword broke.
