Lena watched in horror as her brother and 'Super'Man battled in the streets. The kryptonian was attempting to derail a train and Lex had stopped him with his Lexo suit

The fight was vicious, the crowds chanted "Luthor" Over And Over

Lena felt a little pride as her body as her brother dealt a blow to the Man of steel, suddenly superman lifted Lex into the air.

Lex luthor knew what he had to do, his suit wasn't strong enough to take the blow of the ground, her looked up at the Alien, a kryptonite blade shot out from his armour "I Sorry Lena"

The stabbed the blade through 'Super'Man's chest, the green pierced the black Logo , the men came falling down at alarming speeds. With a sickening crack they landed

Lena cried out, she sprinted over to her brother "No Lex, please no"

The dying Human sighed in pain "I love you Lena, protect eart-"

Lex drew his last breath and died in his sister's arm, Lena let out a sickening cry as she hugged his body closer. The crowd bowed their head I. Respect for the fallen hero, but they scowled at the sight of the dead alien

The crowd went silent, as another figure joined the party, Lena looked up to fin Overgirl standing over her cousins dead body. The kryptonite seeming to have no effect on her

"My this is a messy job" The kryptonian lifted the blade with a gloved hand and tossed aside "I should be thanking you"

Lena let go of her brother and took one of the wrist swords. A green blade shot out "No darling I'm not here to kill you. I came here to finish my cousin"

"Why would you want Superman dead"

The blonde scoffed from under her mask "He was an asshole. He was a chainsaw, I'm a scalpel"

"Then what do you want?" Lena was ready for a fight. If it ment protect the people her brother died for

"Oh yes. Right humans always think there 'Villains' have goals. Well I'm doing this because I can" The alien walked closer to Lena

"Everyone has a reason" The Luthor bent her back leg to get ready for a blow, she knew her body couldn't take much

Kara shot forward, her hand squeezed Lena's until she couldn't hold the blade. Kara leaned into the brunette ear "You got me, I want you"

Lena's cheeks heated up "What the fuck?" She pushed the girl of steel away

The blonde Cocked a grin under her mask "But we both know it isn't going to happen" She hand shot out and clutched Lena's neck "It would have been nice, but the You Luthor's had a to high moral code"

Lena grasped desperately at the kryptonian's hands "No- thi..s is-nt it" She pulled out a little kryptonite blade and stabbed it into the blonde's neck. Blood splattered. The mask fell away, Lena gasped as she saw her best friend "Kar..a"

The pair fell to the ground dying "Wel..l play-ed Len-a"

They closed their eyes for the final time. It was an end of an era
