A/N what if Russian Kara Never recovered but the White House incident still happened?

(Filler until I write the other shit)

Kara ears heard the high tone beeping immediately she went after the noise. To her surprise she landed into Lena apartment, the Luthor and Alex Danvers were standing in front of her

"Is this to arrest me?" Kara folded her arms

Alex shook her, Lena spoke up "We know you didn't do this, your not capable of killing anyone" She went quiet for a few seconds "If my good friend Kara has taught me anything its to give people the benefit of the doubt"

Alex turned to Lena and gave her a sad look "We want to prove you innocent.."

"How the hell are we going to do that?"

Lena walked over to the marble kitchen counter, she picked up a slick tablet "It wasn't bizzaro, not a shapeshifter. Nor image inducer, the heat signature is exactly like yours"

Kara walked over and looked at the tablet "Damn it, who is behind this"

"It's likely to be Lex Luthor" Alex said leaning on the back of the sofa

Lena nodded, she looked up at Supergirl. Her eyes suddenly caught sight of a tiny splotch of blood on Supergirl's suit. It almost blended on the edge of skirt. Lena stopped herself from tensing, she reassured herself it was maybe from saving someone

"Look I have to go I'm really sorry" the blonde sighed

"Oh Alex can you give us a moment together please?" Lena asked before Supergirl could fly away, the red head nodded and walked out

"What's the matter Lena?" Kara set her hands on her waist, her heroic posture. It seemed to calm Lena down, she couldn't say why

The luthor pushed her doubts away "Tomorrow do you wand to visit Lex's old cell. Are you up for it?"

The Heroine seemed to think for a few moments, she nodded and took off into the sky.

Alex walked back in "You saw something"

"Blood on her suit, I managed to get a scan of it" Lena produced her Tablet which was analysing the blood

"Are you actually thinking she did it?" Alex didn't look pleased

Lena shook her head "I just want to be sure, I'm still a Luthor"

Suddenly a bright burning beam of light shot the tablet out of Lena's hand, she turned to see Supergirl floating behind her

"You Ms. Luthor are the only person I know who can really hurt me"

Alex pulled out her gun and aimed at Supergirl

"Is that because I created Kryptonite?" Lena defied Kara with a snarky response

"Because I love you, but I'm not aloud good things"

Lena froze, the comment caught her off guard. Alex took a step forward "Did you attack the whitehouse"

"Of course, when I found out Lex was dead and he had a clone of me I put everything into pla-"

Lena cut Kara off, tears brimmed her eyes "L-Lex is dead?"

"The harunel killed him, he was trying to use it to save the Harunel version of me and it will kill James"

Alex fired an electrical bullet but it missed Kara who dodged with ease "However I must appreciate your doubt...you actually believed in me. Pity the rest of the world turns so easily. I'm going to enjoy a war against America" Kara eyes lit up, her heat vision made quick business with both women

She let out a breath "America next"
