Hey! So I'm back from my little break. I was busy on Sunday and yesterday really tired but here you go:
Your point of view:
"Sorry I'm in such a mood right now.." Five says slowly and genuinely.
"Look Five, don't be. We have a lot going on and the others don't understand the severity of the situation yet." I quickly say.
A taxi drives by and we spatial jump inside.
"Don't stop...just keep driving." Says Five as the taxi driver looks very confused. Five then proceeds to wind down the window and salute as we pass Klaus. I laugh and he laughs along as we keep going. We get the driver to drop us off at home again. We decide that we should rest for a while again.
"Another failure. The world can't afford any more Eight."
"It wasn't a failure Five. At least now we know that someone will lose an eye within the next few days and will go there to get a new one maybe. We just have to keep an eye on the place. No pun intended."
I say, he laughs. I lie down on his bed and he rests his head on my stomach.
"I guess you're right. It won't be easy though."
"No, it won't be. We should still complete these equations and narrow it down to as little people as possible." I say quickly.
"You really do think of everything."
I laugh at what he said and play with his hair gently.
"Not everything. Just more than the rest of the people in this house."
"Right." He says, clearly not believing a word of what I just said.Eventually the sun sets, leaving the town in darkness. Nothing but the slight flicker of streetlights lighting the pavements. Five and I walk along towards an old store. Another thing that will be nothing but rubble in the next few days. It's closed due to the time of night so Five grabs my hand and we both use out spatial jump to go inside together without setting off any of the security that they probably have in place. We stand still for a second and scan the place with our eyes in case of any nearby threats. When we decide it's safe, we slowly move forwards. Five walks to one of the baskets near the checkouts and picks up a torch, turning it on so we can see more in the dimly lit room.
