This is long overdue. I'm sorry x

*time skip*
Your point of view:

Five and I stand around his room, scribbling equations on the walls in white chalk. The only sounds in the room being the gentle sounds off chalks tapping and scraping.
A sudden but brief silence then fell over us before being interrupted by Five speaking.
"I think I've got something."
As I make my way to stand on his bed with him he doesn't take his eyes off the wall. I stand just behind him and look over everything, while checking a notice a small mistake which I wipe off with my thumb before lifting his hand to replace the number and name with the chalk in it.
"Now we've got something." I say.
He turns his head to face me and smiles.
Then just to ruin the moment it seems, Luther walks into the room. I step to the side of Five a little more.
"What is all this?" He asks slowly.
"It's a probability map." Five answers sharply, without even glancing back to him.
"Probability of what?" Luther questions, coming even further into the room.
"What do you think? Probability of all the candy in the shop being sold out? The world ends in days Luther."
I say in a sarcastic tone but not aggressively. Five chuckles.
"Of who's death could save the world. We've narrowed it down to four" Five voices sounding relatively happy.. considering it's Five.
"So...you're saying that one of the people causes the apocalypse?" Luther inquiries while pointing to the four names on the wall.
"No. I'm saying their death could prevent it." Five responds.
Luther looks incredibly confused before opening his mouth once again:
"Oh...I'm not following.." honestly, this guy may be physically the strongest person alive but mentally-
Five sighs and explains
"Time is fickle Luther. The slightest alteration in events can lead to massively different outcomes in the time continuum. The butterfly effect. So all we have to do is find the people with the greatest probability of impacting the timeline, wherever they may be, and kill them."
Luthe rmoves right up to the wall as Five and I jump off the bed.
"Milton Greene. So who's he, a terrorist or something."
Five looks up from the book he is writing in and slowly says
"I believe he is a gardener."
Luther turns to us looking both appalled and shocked. It's hard not to laugh.
"You cant be serious."
"Physically we can be actually. Plus, we are. This isn't something we about to do for the fun of it." I cut in.
"Wait this is madness, Five, Eight. You— -Wh-where'd you get that?" Luther says while once again pointing, but this time at a gun.
"In dad's room." Five responds simply, not even batting an eye,
"I think he used it to shoot a rhinoceros. It's pretty similar to the model I used at work. Nice shoulder fit and highly reliable."
Five continues to prepare the gun.
"But you can't- This guy Milton is just an innocent man." Luther says.. does he not understand the situation.. this isn't ideal, sure, but it's necessary.
"It's basic math. His death could potentially save the lives of billons. If we did nothing, he'd be dead in four days anyway. The apocalypse won't spare anyone."
"We don't do this kind of thing. I can't let you go and kill innocent people, no matter how many lives you save."
"Luther. It's four out of approximately 7.6 billion. Most of which are innocent. It's not something Five and I want to spend our time doing. We travelled back here to change this. Took us longer than you've been alive. Don't try to stop us now." I state and stand up. Five and I begin to walk out-
"You're not going anywhere." Luther says.
Five and I instantly turn to see Luther holding Dolores out of the window.
"Luther, lets not do this-"

It's been way too long. I'm so so sorry. I'm going to be trying really hard with updates.
Also I have a quick message. If a fact in my book is not accurate to the comics or show please don't comment on it to correct it. It's my book and i feel that i should change some things as the writer, thanks for understanding. Feel free to point out typos though aha
Thank you all for reading, I'll see you in the next chapter hopefully.
