Melody woke up her head pounding and her memory foggy. "What the fuck happened." "You tripped and hit your head." a nurse said. Melody sighed. "Also you're mom is sending you off to rehab." She smirked. Melody's eyes widened, Rehab? She'd be in there for a year.. She'd be isolated from what friends she did have. "What about school?" Melody said just as her mom walked in, "Don't worry, where i'm sending you you'll be a high school graduate before you get out." Melody groaned.
"This is what you'll be wearing for the first thirty days." The woman said to Melody handing her a pair of grey sweat pants and an white t shirt. "You'll have a room mate. I hope you get along well with people." Melody nodded, "Here's your schedule, you'll be taking normal classes and you'll have gym and art." The woman continued as the walked down a long hallway. "This is your room." Melody opened the door and walked in to see a girl sitting at a desk. "Name?" She said uninterested, "Melody." Melody responded as she sat her things on the bed. "Heather, i'd change clothes now, she'll come back and check." Heather said without turning around. Melody nodded anyway and changed her clothes. "Also, don't touch my shit." Melody paused for a minute, "I wasn't planning on it." Heather turned around. "Why are you even in here? You look like a miss i'm too good for that." Melody sat down on what was her bed. "I'm an addict." Heather laughed, "To what? homework?" "Heroin, marijuana, cocaine. Mostly Heroin." Heather's eyes widened. "Oh." "And you? what are you in for?" Melody asked. "Pain killers and alcohol." Melody nodded.
"Melody I want you too do Chapter 12, 13 and 14 tonight it's due Thursday morning." Melody wrote what her math teacher said and nodded. She was starting to get into the swing of things, it's been two weeks since she was admitted, she's started detox and withdraws were hell but she fought through it.
*time skip because i have nothing to write.*
"I can't believe you're leaving." Heather said "I know a year just flew by... Hopefully this next one will too." Heather frowned, "He's been in there for a year in a half, maybe he'll get out early?" Melody sighed, "I don't know, I just wanna see him again. I know we're not together, we never were officially together but i can still miss him right?" Heather nodded in agreement, "Of course, Hey I get out in a month, stay in touch?" She asked Melody smiled, "Duh!" "I'll miss you!" Heather whispered as she hugged Melody goodbye. "I'll miss you too." Melody whispered back before leaving.
While Melody was in rehab her mother moved to California where the rehab Melody was at was located. Melody was upset about this because this lessened her chances of seeing Ronnie ever again. Maybe it was fore the best, maybe Melody should move on and forget Ronnie completely. It was the last thing she wanted to do, but it was exactly what she did.
A/N: This isn't the last chapter but i'm letting you guys know that the next part will start with a HUGE time skip. I'm sorry for time skipping i really don't like doing it but it makes this easier to write. Sorry my 'chapters' are so short.
