*three months later*
Camila was now eight months pregnant and she was getting more difficult to deal with. Shawn understood that this was hard for her but she was demanding and tired and it was hard for him.
Shawn went out the night previous with Brian and Geoff, he got extremely drunk. Luckily Brian and Geoff took shawn to their place to spend the night. They only took him their so camila would have to deal with Shawn's intoxicated ass.
As the sun rose, Shawn awoke. His head was pounding, his eyes felt heavy and his whole body felt drain.
He looked over to notice a figure next to him cuddling into the sheets. He was confused. He didn't remember a thing he did last night.
He couldn't have done anything, he didn't remember getting physical with any girl and he would never want to endanger his and Camila's relationship.
As he looked over her noticed the face straight away, it was Brian he groaned and grabbed his phone and it was still very early in the morning, it was only 6AM but he had an overload unanswered calls and text from Camila.

Shawn guiltily reading through her messages, it was heart breaking. He broke his promise telling her he wouldn't drink as much as he did, he promised he would be back around ten or eleven but he failed.
Luckily he was fully dressed and he got up trying not to interrupt Brian or Geoff. He called a cab and patiently waited to be brought back home where he'd expect Camila to be angry with him.
It started to make him think, maybe he wasn't ready for this. He was only twenty and he still wanted to be a normal twenty year old guy, but he already fell in love with his baby girl and he'd never stoped loving Camila since day one. But maybe their was apart of him that wanted freedom, but he also wanted Camila and their baby, he loved them more than anything.
The cab came later than expected and Shawn managed to leave Brian's house around 6:30 and he'd probably make it home by seven, it was early and no traffic.

Camila was woke up, not only did her pregnant self keep her up all night but the unknowing presence of her boyfriend also worried her. She barely got any sleep, she knew when she had Shawn she'd yell.
As she was making her tea, she heard an opening of the door. She knew who it was of course, she waited till he'd come up to her.
Camila sat down on a chair and rested her cup of tea on the table in front of her. She then saw Shawn tip-toeing to their room and Camila rolled her eyes.
'Was he really trying to sneak in, was he really that immature' Camila thought to herself
"Shawn!" Camila calked our strictly
Shawn jumped a little before turning around and faced the brunette with red eyes and cheeks.
"Baby! Hi!" Shawn said loudly
"Where Were You?" Camila asked
"Brian's.. I didn't know how I ended up there.." Shawn told his girlfriend
"You promised you wouldn't get plastered Shawn! You said you come home early.." Camila said disappointingly and Shawn just looked down
"I didn't get any sleep, I was to busy worrying on you.." Camila said.
"Baby, I'm sorry.. I just drank more than I attended.. you know? A couple games of beer pong and you just start to loose control.." Shawn tried to explain.
"Babe but you promised.." she cried out
"Hey no, please don't cry! Look I'm home, I'm safe, we can go sleep now! Bubba it's okay..." Shawn said and grabbed his girlfriends hands but she pushed them away
"Shawn this is more than you just saying you're sorry and you think it's going to be okay... this is more serious than you think" Camila explained
"Baby let's not talk about this okay, we're okay.." Shawn said wanting to ignore this question
"Shawn! Why don't you like talking about the future! This is important shit and you keep acting like it means nothing at all!" She yelled
"No camila! That's not how I feel I do care I just don't want to worry about the future! You know I don't like to worry about that shit" Shawn explained
"Why are you afraid huh? Are you not ready for this?" Camila asked him seriously
"Camila just not now.. I don't want to talk about this now.." Shawn mumbled and wanted to walk to his room
"Why?! Why not now shawn? Then when?" She cried out to her boyfriend
"Cami just... fuck.. stop.." he mumbled as he walked away into his bedroom ignoring his girlfriend cries of frustration.
His insecurities of being a good father and being a good boyfriend started to bubble again, he started to insecure again, but he wouldn't turn to drinking or his pills. He would never want to hurt her like again.
A/N: I'm so proud of shawn, I can't believe this is his first show today off his meds and I'm so proud, he's so happy and he's in such a good place rn, his happiness means the world to me and I'm so grateful he's living his best life. 😫🥺🥺
