He can't fight for you.
He could've chosen you like he promised.
He could've avoided your being an option.
But he couldn't.
He didn't.
He could've held on longer and tighter, but he let go and gave up.
He could've told the world of his love for you, but he kept it a secret.
He could've prevented you from crying, but he just watched how tears fell from your eyes.
He did nothing.
Wake up.
You've done enough.
He's not the one.
He can't fight for you.
He will not fight for you.
Stop fighting for the wrong sort of reasons.
And stop fighting for the wrong person.
But despite knowing all this, you still believe he's worth the risk.
