When you loved and learned that the pain you'll get would be a hundred times heavier than the love you gave, you would naturally be afraid to love again. You would find yourself being a little too careful not to fall. Not to lose again.

No matter how much time you spend on rebuilding yourself, forcing you to become the person you once was before the storm called “love” hit your life.  Before it destroyed you. The fear of loving again will remain.

Even when you reached the point where you can smile again and felt healed, fear will still be there.

Love has left you with wounds. And all wounds leave a scar. And there are those that even time won't be enough to completely heal.

Mine are of that kind.
