"If we just end up crying,
Why, after the tears, do we love again?"
asked a broken heart.
"If getting hurt comes with loving,
What idiot would want that kind of suffering?"
asked a broken heart who learned its lesson.
"If one day he'll leave just like the others did,
Why don't we take that step first this time for a change?"
asked a broken heart still mad.
"Because that's how love works,
It's worth the tears
Worth the agony,
Worth the stupidity,
And worth the stay,
Still worth believing,
No matter how many times it failed you
Or caused you pain," said another broken heart
who tries the hardest
to not
be
totally
shattered.
