MANAN : I DON'T TRUST YOU ANYMORE (Misunderstandings)

CHAPTER- 45

Manik- Par ...

Abhi- Bas Manik aur ab tum ghar jao.

Manik- par mujhe usse milna hai ek baar toh dekhne do usse she has suffered so much.

Abhi- koi zaroorat nahi hai... she has suffered triple of what she's going through right now. So leave. Driver ko maine boldiya hai he's waiting for you at the exit.

Without saying anything further Manik left from there. He went to the exit and saw the driver with the car at the exit. Without saying anything he sat in it and the driver drove the car. After the car was driven for 30 minutes approx, at an isolated place Manik asked the driver to stop the car.

Manik- STOP THE CAR.

Driver- sorry sir but I can't Abhimanyu sir asked me to drop you hope straight.

Manik- I said stop the car right now.[ see the anger in his eyes and getting scared of it then driver followed his orders. Manik got off the car.] Now leave.

Driver- Sir I'll wait for you. [ Hearing this Manik looked at him with his blood shot red eyes and without uttering another word the driver left from there.]

Manik was standing there was standing there like a lifeless soul.

It's been a couple of hours since Manik was missing. Fab 5 including Cabir came back home after a lot of discussion and on their return they asked John about Manik to which he replied " He did not came back home ". Everyone was worried hearing this. All of them tried calling him but his phone was not reachable. Everyone tried a lot hours went when he came back home all drenched in water because of the heavy rain and by now Abhimanyu was also home with kids. Everyone was shocked to see him in this condition.

Cabir- Manik?? Kaha tha tu aur yeah... kya halat banai hui hai apni?

Abhi- where the hell were you Everyone was so worried and jab maine driver bheja tha toh tum seedha ghar kyun nahi aae??

Manik- Sorry Abhimanyu par kya kare I don't always  do What I'm told to. Tumhe toh pata honi chahiye na yeah baat.

Abhi- Manik!! [he wanted to say further]

Navya- Abhimanyu abhi nahi he's shivering in cold woh bilkul gila hai.. John get me a towel.

She asked John to get the towel but before he could even leave Reema Aunty already got the towel .

Reema Aunty - Come sit here boy. [ and she dragged him to the couch and made him sit there.]

Manik - Main apne aap kar loonga.

Reema Aunty- Main kar rahi hoon na. Is ghar main pehle kya yeah log mujhe kam pareshan karte the aisi harkato se jo ab tum bhi aagae? Aur NM! let her come home this time toh....[ she was so pissed but could'nt say further.]

Soon everyone retired back to their room. Abhimanyu thinking what he would do about the proof thing. Mukti thinking of the things she was missing after hearing Abhimanyu's confession and the other were also busy in some or the other thing. Mukti was not able to sleep so she went to Abhimanyu's room to talk to him. Whereas in his room he was also not able to sleep. But he and the others made sure that the kids were asleep.

ABHIMANYU'S ROOM:

Mukti- Abhi!!![knocking on the door ] Are you awake [ and within a couple of seconds the door opened giving her a positive reply]

Abhi- Mukti? What do you want now. What are you doing here at this point of time? [he said it because it was pretty late]

Mukti- I want to talk to you. Can I?

Abhi- Sure come in.

[ Mukti entered the room and saw some photo frames hanging on the wall . The one on the top had a picture of all of them together, including Nandini, Mukti , Alya, Navya, Cabir , Dhruv, Aryaman and himself. The second on the left had his and Mukti's picture. The on on the right Nandini and him, The one in the center had the kids, Rohan ,NM , Aryaman, himself, Rishab and chacha chachi. The one below it only the kids. Next to it only NM. and on the left side only Mukti. and the last frame the end one had only Him and NM. Mukti was emotional on seeing this but said nothing about it.]

Abhi - yeah Mukti bolo kya baat hai??

Mukti- Abhi woh .... woh,.. jo tumne...

Abhi- Jabldi bolo na Mukti subha jaldi uthna hai mujhe hospital jaana hai.

Mukti- woh jo tumne Hospital main kaha tha about Nandini. Everything about ....about what happened.Okay too much pressure. toh main tummhe sidha sidha poochti hoon please mujhe saari baat batao..

Abhi- [he was surprised she heard him] Mukti I'm sorry par maine jo bhi kaha tha na Hospital main use bhool jao.

Mukti- Par Abhi please I wanna know. You don't have to fight it all alone. I'm with you humesha.

Abhi- are you serious will you go against your so called brother Manik .

Mukti- I will only if he is wrong aur uske liye  I have to know everything please Abhi. This is killing me. You ignore me as if I don't exist. You avoid me. Par humare breakup ke baad jab us din tumne mujhe aapne dil ki baat share ki I thought things are falling back on place. But ab I don't think this is working. Talk to me god dammed, remember this is how things work , conversations. Tum hi ne toh mujhe yeah sikhaya tha na . toh ab kyun nahi. Please I can't live like this. I can't live without you.

Abhi- Mukti!! I'm sorry for everything. and mujhe yaad hai Conversations. but believe me I literally can't. I have a promise to keep. But believe me I want to speak everything out it's killing me inside. But I can't . I'm sorry. I love me and I too can't live without you. Please understand my situation as well. I have a sister whose shot being tried to kill. and ......... sorry but I just can't talk about it anymore.. [he had tears in his eyes]

Mukti- Hey relax. it's okay I understand. take your time. Please.. Okay I think I should leave then.[ she was leaving when Abhimanyu holds her hand]

Abhi- Please don't go. Don't leave me.

Mukti- I'm never leaving you and I'm not going anywhere. I'm in the third room. Call me when ever you want.

Abhi- aaj raat mere saath ruk jao.

Mukti- okay. [ she said it because she knew he needed support. He was tired of being all brave. The two of them slept as well.
