Yep, a small gold plated gecko charm on a necklace.
And as soon as I saw it, my brain just straight up went:
"Wouldn't be it cool if first and foremost Geckos are Wiz's favorite animal (they're cute and have some badass abilities which scientists try to replicate) and that he got the necklace from a good friend outside of the team, who he talks to regularly, as a bit of a small present for the 100th DB episode (he usually hides it in a pocket or under shirts) and Boomstick doesn't know about that at all?"
And yeah, have fun with this one, I personally think it's cute as heck to imagine.
