Chapter 7

Chapter 7:
A few minutes later somebody walk into the room. I kept my head buried in the pillow because I didnt want them to see that I was crying. The person rub my back and I look up at that person with tears running down my face and notice that it was just Kevin.

Kevin: oh Charlie what happened
Charlie: N-Nick, he didn't say I love you
Kevin: oh honey... Nick loves you, just because he didn't say it doesn't mean that he doesn't love you. He was probably just disappointed that's all
Charlie: but it wouldn't kill him to just say I love you! I mean like seriously he can't be that disappointed me right?
Kevin: I guess so...
Charlie: *sniffles* did you come in here to punish me?
Kevin: *sigh* no, I think the yelling from Nick is enough punishment for you, but dont tell him I let you off the hook
Charlie: *smiles* thanks Kevy
Kevin: *smiles* no problem but you're still grounded and if your brother ask tell him I gave you a hand spanking

I nodded and he kissed my forehead and got up and said.

Kevin: I'm going to go check on my mom, please try to stay out of trouble
Charlie: I promise I will
Kevin: good girl

He left my room, I sigh in relief thankful I wasn't receiving a spanking tonight. Now I was thinking of what to do.

I open the window and looked out next door to my old house, I found the boy at his window. When I saw him looking at me I look away from the window. When he stopped looking from where I am, I climb out of the window and step onto the fire escape and climb up to the roof top.

I sigh when I look at my old back yard memories came to my mind just remembering the fun times my brother and I use to have before he even became rich and famous. I saw someone came out my window and I freak out a bit but realize it was just Joe, he sat down next to me and said.

Joe: you okay?
Charlie: *sighs* yeah, Im fine
Joe: really? Because you wouldn't be out here alone thinking about something, beside something tells me you're not fine
Charlie: how do you know?
Joe: I use to come out here any time I have a problem when I was just your age
Charlie: really?
Joe: yep, and it really gives me sometimes to think and cool off you know until somebody starts freaking out when they notice your missing
Charlie: *giggles* I know the feeling, thanks Joe... you really know how to put a smile on my face
Joe: *smiles* glad I can help
Charlie: your gonna be a great big brother to your new little siblings one day
Joe: I hope so, I don't want to act like Nick. I want to be the cool laid back brother
Charlie: well Nick had to grow up because he had to take care of me. Your new siblings will be thankful because they don't only just have you and Kevin but they have a mom and a dad too
Joe: yea, I know. Now lets get back in side its getting cold out here
Charlie: okay, but first whose that boy that lives next door?
Joe: oh thats Thomas (A/n: he'll be played as Jake T. Austin, you will see him more in Book 3!) why are you asking? Don't tell me you already got a crush on him or something?
Charlie: what no?! I was just asking! I saw him looking out my old bedroom
Joe: *roll eyes* sure you were... but if you do I wont tell your brother. I know how over protective he can get of you hanging out with boys
Charlie: thanks Joe, because he will kill me if I was even thinking of boys at my age
Joe: and you don't think we wont?
Charlie: hey you know him more then Nick does so yeah

Joe: *roll eyes* come on before Kevin starts to worry and you think you ran away or something
Charlie: but you're with me
Joe: you got a point

So we got off the roof top and back out to the guest room. We decide to get something to eat, while watching a movie together.
