Chapter 26

Chapter 26:
It's now January 30, 2010 the end of The Who I Am tour. We started tour January 2nd right after New Years. (A/N: I made Selena the opening act so it was technically a joint tour of Who I Am/We Own The Night) I've been homeschool so I didn't have to worry about missing work, in fact I'm currently a head of the class right now.

Charlie's POV
Finally tours over! I can't wait to go to sleep then wake up to find myself in my bed! I spoke to soon, because when I did instead of Nick carrying to my bedroom, I was still in my bunk. I got out of my bunk and notice that we weren't moving.

I made it out of bunk area and over to Nick who was talking to Selena, they were already working on wedding planning.

Charlie: Nicky, why haven't we moved yet?

Nick: oh... because we had to stop at the gas station
Charlie: but you promise we would be home when I woke up. Greyson was supposed to stop by tonight
Selena: Charlie, calm down you have plenty of time, and beside we're almost home
Charlie: sorry... I'm just a little nervous, he's the first guy I ever like, and I want you guys to like him
Selena: well I never meet this boy, but the way you talk about him he seem kind of nice
Charlie: he is Sel, he is hot, cute and adorable all at once
Nick: am I really listening to this conversation?
Charlie: if you don't want to hear, you can go somewhere else
Nick: Sel...
Selena: just do it Nick

Nick: fine, I'm going on the other bus with Kevin and Joe and the band since I'm obviously not wanted
Charlie: *waves* okay bye

Nick rolled his eyes at me, and got off the bus and I sat across from Selena.

Selena: look Charlie, trust me everything will be fine, once we get home I'll help you unpack quickly and then help you get dress
Charlie: thanks Sel, but why can't we hire people to unload the boys
Selena: according to your brother, that's not "Keeping it Real"
Charlie: damn him for trying to keep us grounded
Selena: language
Charlie: damn is not a bad word
Selena: that's not the type of a language a 13 year old should be saying and I better not hear that language come from your mouth again, or else I'm gonna get Nick involved, do you understand me?
Charlie: yes Selena, but I really want Nick to like Greyson and not to just play an act to make me happy
Selena: Charlie, Nick will do anything to keep that beautiful smile on your face. Boys will come and go, but brothers & sisters are forever, just remember that alright?
Charlie: *smiles* yeah, thanks Selena. You always know what to say. I like having a girl around, maybe it won't be so bad that I get to have you in my life now
Selena: *smiles* thank you Charlie that means so much to me. Anyways, why don't you help me find a wedding dress on the internet
Charlie: Nick just propose to you, isn't it a little bit to early to
Selena: Charlie... if I'm gonna get a dress it has to be perfect so I have to plan it early. I just want this wedding to be prefect
Charlie: Nick just proposed to you a few days ago, and the two of you are already planning the wedding without setting a date first? And I'm the one that moving to fast pff... please...
Selena: oh shut up little girl

Selena said playfully and I playfully rolled my eyes and she did the same thing back and we laugh it off before opening up her lap top. The two of us went online and started searching up different website to where we can find the prefect dress.

*Few Hours Later*

Its been a few hour later and we're still not back yet, because yet again stupid traffic. Sel and I are alone on the bus taking a break on the wedding plans and just pigging out on snacks. Well  I still have to be careful with what I eat, but right now I'm normal.

Selena: I dont know why Im doing this to myself
Charlie: doing what?
Selena: I shouldn't be pigging out like this, I should be on a diet, how else am I gonna fix in that size 8 dress?
Charlie: Selena that was a size 12
Selena: really? Then we should stop
Charlie: why me? I dont need to fit in a wedding dress
Selena: no... but since you're gonna be one of my brides maid you will, this will also go for Miley and Demi
Charlie: I feel bad for Nick
Selena: why?
Charlie: because he has to pick either Joe or Kevin to be his best man. Like he loves both of them, but I have feeling he's gonna pick Joe because the two of them met first before he met Kevin, and Kevin was just Joe brother so he had to tag a long with them most time
Selena: then that shouldn't be hard decisions to make if he picks Joe
Charlie: yeah, but he also doesn't want Kevin to feel bad
Selena: yeah I get that, but I'm sure whatever decision Nick will make, the boys will be supportive of each other
Charlie: now for your bridesmaids, who will you be picking
Selena: I don't know
Charlie: I say Taylor, you two been best friend for a long time
Selena: same with Demi
Charlie: I know, but you rarely see Demi, and you practically see Taylor all the time. Sure she couldn't make it to your proposal but she's still your friend. And besides, do you even want Miley at your wedding after she kissed your fiancée
Selena: I told Miley I never want to contact her again and to delete my number
Charlie: really? I didn't know that
Selena: there's a lot of things you didn't know

We both stopped pigging out on snacks and decided to call Demi and Taylor about the wedding details and also Natalie and Ali who will be apart of it.

Nick's POV
I told the guys I want to speak to them in the back of the bus. So I motion Kevin and Joe to follow me and they did and once I close the door, Joe said.

Joe: what's up Nick?
Nick: well... um... Sel and I are already beginning to discuss our wedding plan
Kevin: and what does that have to do about us?
Joe: yeah shouldn't you be with your fiancé?
Nick: I'm getting there. I have to choose between you and Joe to be my best man
Joe: well have you decided yet?
Nick: No, I haven't and I would really appreciate if you guys give me some time to think instead of pressuring me
Joe: well you heard the man Kevin no pressuring him.
Kevin: I do not pressure people, you do!
Joe: me? Since when?
Kevin: remember at Uncle Taylor wedding he wanted us to be his best man as well
Joe: yeah but he chosen you instead
Kevin: because I am his favorite nephew
Joe: not for long when we have a new brother or sister coming along
Nick: Speaking of that, did your mom tell you what she's having?
Kevin: no, we're suppose to find out today, she going to call us with the news when's the due date?
Joe: somewhere around the summer time
Nick: But Sel and I will be having it somewhere around the summer time and that's her favorite time of the year
Kevin: well you guys haven't pick a due date yet but when you do, we will eventually find out
Nick: Alright
Joe: so... have you thought about it?
Nick: thought about what?
Joe: you know... choosing me against Kevin
Kevin: I'm standing right here you know
Joe: we know, we can all see that
Nick: look... I'll let you guys know tomorrow, but in the mean time, let me just sleep on it
Joe: fine whatever, but just to let you know. Kevin doesn't deserve the most  important job of Nick's entire life
Kevin: what me, what about you?
Joe: obviously I haven't done this before you have mess up before
Kevin: but you have no idea what you're doing but me, and being the best man is a lot of work
Joe: yeah... but I learn from my mistakes
Kevin: which is why Nick should pick me instead of you because I have experience
Nick: You know what I'll just slip away from the room and let the two of you just argue about this, bye

I slipped out of the room as I heard Joe and Kevin arguing with each other saying stuff about whose should be the best man for the job and take their place.
