So me and my husband shawn are going on holiday with Camila cabello and Charlie puth. They were together so it was like a double date but a holiday. Overall just a group holiday. We all planned this ages ago because our lives were hectic and Charlie suggested that we should all go on holiday and take a break from our hectic schedules.

When we get to our incredible holiday destination of Italy. We go do some sightseeing before heading to the hotel because we were a bit early and were there before check in time.

Me and shawn cuddled in a gondola as we rode through the rivers of venice. He would kiss me softly every now and then and compliment me but I couldn't help but notice all the other women in venice they were so beautiful and just in every way, shape and form which just makes me feel insecure in every single way. My smile drops instantly from my face.

"Hey you ok?" Shawn asks me.

"Yeah I'm fine." I say putting a fake smile on but I can see from the corner of my eye that Camila isn't buying what I just said she has a concerned look on her face.

We get to the hotel and the guys decide they will go out and get us some food so Camila took them going as an opportunity to interrogate me.

"Desiree what's going? I know you were faking how you felt earlier on the gondola. One minute you were happy the next you were faking being happy, please tell me what happened I'm worried about you, you are like my sister so I wanna know what goes on with you."

"Ok well I just got insecure because there are so many pretty girls out here in venice and just in general and shawn could just leave me for on of them because anyone of these girls would be an upgrade from me. Shawn sees sp many girls a day and when I see them I cant help but think that he is going to leave me for one of those girls because they are prettier than me." By now I was crying.

"Look babes shawn would never do that to you. I see the way he looks at you, he looks at you with so much love in his eyes. If he didn't think you and him were going to last and didn't see you as the one he wouldn't have proposed and you wouldn't be married. You my friend are one of the most gorgeous girls I have ever met and trust me shawn is lucky to have you. Please dont put yourself down like that because you are an incredible woman who shawn loves a lot."

"Thanks mila I really appreciate what you just said and your right shawn could have chosen anyone but he chose me and that's all that I should think about."

"That's the spirit babes." She wipes my tears and helps me fix up my makeup before the guys get back so they dont know that i have cried.

They come back and we have food and all just laugh and I have to say I felt so much better after talking to mila. She always knows what to say to cheer me up and shawn just makes me feel even better because he peppers my face with sweet and soft kisses. After food we all decided to go to bed because we were all tired and jet lagged. I fell asleep happily in the arms of my lover.

The next day......

It was evening time and mila dressed me up and I have no clue why. She also blindfolded me so I have no clue where I am going right now because all I can see is pitch black and it isn't exactly fun.

We get to wherever our destination is and she takes my blindfold off says enjoy and then disappears. When the blindfold comes off I see shawn stood in a tux in front of a candle lit dinner.

"What's all this for?"

"Well Camila told me how you were feeling and what you talked about last night so I wanted to do something special to show you that you are the only woman in love the world that I love."

"Aww shawn you didn't have to do this though I would have been fine with a night in watching Harry Potter."

"I know but I wanted to do something special and romantic because 1. We havent had a proper date in a while and 2. I wanted to show you that I love you and only you because baby you are my only love. I love you so much that I can never find the right words to describe just how much i love you."

"I love you so much shawn thank you."

"Its my pleasure darling."

That night we had the most romantic candle lit dinner. He made me dance with him to an ed Sheeran song and then we went back to our room and just cuddled. I fell asleep that night the happiest I had ever been in my life and it was all because of him.
