"I want the Ring Conflict to happen in a month," Cielo said. "And both Skies must fight, no matter if one side has more rings than the other. "

The sentence rang loud and clear in the silence and nobody could do anything as they were all showing various forms of shock.

Timeteo couldn't help but fret. Clearly, a month wouldn't be enough to train Ienari; he had gotten the gist of it from the brief talk he had with Reborn. So, he was truly thankful to his intuition that made him set the Ring Conflict in two months.

(He doesn't knows why but feel a bit disappointed in his chosen heir. For some reason, he couldn't help but think that a month should have been enough.)

And now, Cielo Nascosto wanted to change the two months to a month, throwing everything to dust.

He shared a look with his Cloud Guardian who stood rigid but also had a helpless expression on his face. Both of them clearly didn't know what to do.

Reborn, on the other hand, was surprised for another reason: Cielo was making it far too easy for Ienari to fail! There is no way that he would be ready—much less beat Xanxus—in a month!

'I like this guy,' Reborn cackled mentally.

"Cielo-san, I believe that Ienari may not be read-"

"Sawada Ienari has not only the world's strongest hitman teaching him but the Storm Arcobaleno and Dino Cavallone as well, who was a former student of the hitman. I believe with these teachers, a month would be enough for the heir to be ready," Cielo interjected Nono with such a sound reasoning that not even they could deny it.

And while Nono and Visconti mulled over the issue, Reborn stared at the stoic looking hacker and if he hadn't been looking again, Reborn would have missed it. The mask flickered.

Reborn blinked; was it just him or did the illusion just waver?

It had happened so suddenly that Reborn wouldn't have given it another thought but when it happened again, Reborn knew something was wrong.

He frowned, if Cielo was truly a mist user (and possibly a good one) then the illusion shouldn't waver.

So why did it happen? Was somebody covering for him? But why?

Timeteo, on the other hand, was busy weighing between the choices or the alliance before he sighed. 'There's no other way... Vongola needs its'

"I accept your terms."

(Honestly, Reborn was even surprised that Nono had accepted it but the alliance won over. Understandable, since Vongola needed to make it out alive and on the top to even have an heir.)

"Perfetto!" The black haired boy clapped his hands. "I already have the modified documents ready."

Timeteo and Visconti twitched.

Reborn, who had filed the possible waver of illusion aside, was loving the hacker even more. Cielo was already aware of the fact that this alliance was an important one, so Vongola wouldn't refuse him, hence making all the changes beforehand but acted as though he hadn't... Brilliant way to mess with a person's mind!
