*Brandon*
"That was great," she groaned, and I started buttoning up my shirt. I got up to shuffle my pants up, and the smile on her face was not smaller than mine.
"I got to go. Amber's waiting for me at the house," I explained, and the smile curved the opposite.
"So I was just a little experiment?" she asked, and I shook my head.
"We could do this often honestly," I answered, and her cheeks lit up.
"So it's over between you and her?" Tatum asked, and I didn't know how to answer.
"It is, but I still love her," I answered softly, and Tatum looked away.
"So you want to love me because you need to get it out of your system?" she asked.
"Tatum, it wasn't like that!" I insisted, and she just stomped off the bed.
"Then explain to me!" she demanded.
"I have feelings for you and Amber, but I'm waiting for Amber's feelings to go away. As long as we keep this through, I think we're going to be together again," I answered putting on my jacket then my shoes.
"Are you sure?" she asked with her innocent eyes. I went to the other side of the bed to kiss her forehead.
"I mean it," I smiled as I rushed out of her apartment.

*Amber*

We've spent house kissing on the couch, and Andy pulled away.
"Do you know how many months I've waited for this?" he asked, and I shook my head. I rested my arms on his shoulders, and I layed my forehead on his.
"No, but you felt pretty desperate for more," I answered, and he pecked my lips. I felt his hands pulled me closer to him, and I kindly shove him off.
"What's wrong?" he asked, and I looked down.
"I'm hungry," I lied, and he smiled at me.
"Do you want me to get some McDonald's?" he asked, and I shrugged.
"If you want," I answered, and he got up.
"I'll be right back," he warned, and I heard the door close. I checked, and I saw him still standing there. "I know when you're lying, Amber," he mumbled, and I sighed.
"I'm sorry," I softly apologized, and he flopped on the couch.
"Just tell me what's wrong," he answered, and I just shook my head.
"Something doesn't feel right," I admitted to him, and he grabbed my hand, tenderly. The door slowly unlocked, and I saw Brandon coming through the door so happy.
"Hey, I brought some lunch," Brandon brought out a bag of Whataburger. I wasn't hungry, so I just gave him a no. That didn't bring off his smile though. It was on him for a curious reason I want to know.
"I'm good," I explained, and he then looked at Andy.
"Um, sure," they both went to the kitchen. My phone was blasting out some King Of Amarillo which was my ringtone. I looked around, and it was in the kitchen.
"Amber," Brandon called, but it was just plain. It was more like a worried call, so I rushed there.
"It's my phone," I answered, but Brandon showed me the caller ID. Marcus was calling me.
"It's Marcus," Brandon explained. I grabbed it, but Andy snatched it from my hands. He answered it, and he was waiting for me to do something. I just stood there with my arms crossed across my chest, giving him my worst glares.
"Hello, who's this?" he asked, and there was a lot of muffling at the other side of the phone. I heard it all the way at my way since it stayed all quiet. Andy nodded, and he shamefully handed me my phone back.
"Hello?" I answered, and there was a lot of sobbing in his background.
"Bailey is here. Something happened to Mitchel," he rushed, and I thought, why would he care?
"I'm on my way," I answered as I grabbed my keys.
"Hey, where are you goi-" I slammed the door shut, and drove to Mitchel's apartment.
-
I made it, and I was sprinting as fast as I could. I saw Marcus at the doorway, and he brought me inside the room to see Mitchel with purple patches on his skin.
"Mitchel!" I cried, and he was leaning on Bailey. I don't know why, but I felt like I know who did this. I don't even remember anything, yet I feel this way.
"Amber," he whimpered, and I was on my knees right by his side.
"Who did this to you?!" I cried, and he grabbed my hand, making me a bit worried about what he's about to say.
"Don't worry about me," I answered, and I shook my head.
"Why haven't you call the police?!" I demanded at Bailey, and she handed me a crumbled up note.
Dare to call us to the police? Next time, he'll be dead.
Chicken scratches were left on that paper.
"Why didn't you take him to the hospital?" I asked Bailey, and she shook her head.
"He doesn't have life insurence," she answered, and I took a deep breath.
"I'm staying with you all week. I don't care," I answered, and he shook his head. He flinched in pain, but he grabbed my hand tighter.
"He'll hurt you. I don't want you to get hurt," he begged, but I couldn't let this happened. It hurts me more to see him with bruises and no help at all than me getting all those bruises.
"Since I have a lot of enemies like you guys said, they're trying to get me through you, and I'm not going to tolerate that anymore. I can't let them hurt you," I answered, and they all were scared.
"No! That's one thing defending your brother, and it's another to put yourself in danger," Marcus snapped, and I walked up to him to be in his face.
"You're making it sound like if they do want me. If they do, that's what they're going to get," I answered. "I'm going to my house to get some clothes to stay over. Marcus, you better protect him," I demanded, and he showed me the bat to prove his protection. I was planning to rush in and out of the situation.
-
I was sitting on the couch while Mitchel was at the bed. He was resting while I sat down watching the door. I heard the floor squeaking behind me, but I assumed it was Marcus.
"Ah shit sorry," I heard Marcus whisper in the room. If he's there then, who's behind me? I ask myself, and I was starting to be afraid. The suspenision was horrible. It was killing me. Two arms grabbed my shoulder, so I let out a scream. A hand goes over my mouth, and I hear laughing.
"Stop screaming," Hayden shouted, and he finally released me. I heared someone running, and Marcus is coming in with a bat.
"Who are you?!" Marcus demanded, and I got up and looked back at him. Hayden was standing there with hands up in surrender.
"Bro, I'm a friend of Mitchel. My name's Hayden," he answered, and Marcus got ready to hit him with it. He was in position, but I put my hand over the bat.
"He's a friend, Marcus," I answered again, and Marcus was worried.
"Do you know him?" he asked, and I nodded.
"If you said you listen to Crown The Empire, you would know he's a good friend of ours," I answered, and he was pretty worried. His face was in shock.
"Oh sorry, Hayden looked different," he scratched the back of his neck, and I was a little suspicious. I looked at Hayden, and I looked back at Marcus.
"I'm pretty sure our smoking, white, pimp is looking the same," I answered, and he kind of looked upset.
"I'll go back with Mitchel," he answered leaving the bat there.
"I'll go with him," Hayden informed, and I nodded as he left. I laid down on the couch, and I started drifting off to sleep.

"Thomas?" I called, and I turned around this blood stained corner. I saw the hand prints on the wall, and I was getting so much suspense in my body that I tensed up.
I follow the blood tracks of a dragged object. It lead to a dark room, and I still walked init even though I didn't want to. I couldn't stop myself for some reason, and I saw a light bulb hanging from the ceiling swinging.
I looked down on a floor to see a flashlight rolling to me. I grabbed it, and I turned it on.
"Who's in here?" I asked, and a painful giggle came around the corner. I ignored it, and I walked into the room looking around with the only circle of light.
I then found Mitchel with a bloody line across his throat, and his face was cover in blood. I knew it was him since he had the watch I gave him, months ago.
"Mitchel!" I whimpered under my breath. I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I looked back to see Thomas. I let out a blood scream, and I felt the knife in my throat.

I felt a rag smothered against my mouth, but I started pulling it off. I open my eyes to see a man with a ski mask. The only thing I found detailed was his blue eyes, and I didn't knew anyone with blue eyes but myself. They were putting pressure now, so I looked for sometime. I felt glass touch my fingers, so I grabbed what it was and smashed it into their head. They back off which let me time to breath.
"Hayden!" I screamed, and the man was going through the door. I past the bat, which I grabbed, and follow him. I was fast enough so I threw the bat that hit him in the head. He fell down, and I put my weight on them to make them stable. I grabbed the bat, and I heard footsteps behind me. There was more of them.
"Someone! Call the police!" I screamed, and I waited for them to come here. They were tackled by some random dude. "Oh my god! Thank you-"
I felt arms take me away, but with my handy bat, I hit him in the head knocking him out. I got up, and I sat there.
"Marcus did a pretty sucky job of protecting you," one of the guys answered, and I giggled.
"He tried his best. What your name?" I asked, and he glanced at the other guy worried.
"My name is Thomas."
