Part one - backstory

(Hey guys! You guys excited? Coz you should be, anyway! Just a little disclaimer that this story will be based just before Infinity war! And where also gonna pretend Civil war never really happened cos for this story to work we need the Avengers to be on good terms, anyway, Enjoy!)

Hail Hydra

Hydra, it was all you ever knew, hail hydra, the two most important words in your life.

You did not know when you first came to Hydra, for all you knew you could of been raised here.

To be frank your head, your mind it was completely and utterly ruined, hydra messed with it, on a daily basis. They had the power to make you completely forget something, they called it the "cleanse", this was possible because of one of there proudest invention, a machine that would attach to your brain being able to practically change you completely, your emotions, feelings, memory's.

You didn't know if what you did was bad but from what Hydra told you bad is good and good is bad, it's there motto really.

You killed, you killed a lot, it was the only thing Hydra didn't wipe from your brain, your missions. You killed Adults, elders and even children, whatever Hydra told you to do, you did it and if you resisted they would do the same old brain wipe, clearing all your emotions from your body.

You had a suit as well that you wore every mission you went on, it was comfy and that was all that really mattered to you

it was completely black with two hydra symbols plastered on both I your shoulders. You had black hair that fell just below your shoulders which Hydra had died, every now and then you would see your natural (h/c) grow out but Hydra would be quick to die it back to black.

There is 3 phases, phase 1 being the one phase you couldn't remember, the phase where you were..normal, being able to feel every single emotion and remembering every memory, a phase you hadn't been in since..well that's the thing, you can't remember, they cleared that from your brain too, let's just say you hadn't been in phase 1 since you where normal and "normal" was definitely not a word to describe a person who kills without feeling a single bit of guilt. Phase 2 was the phase you where in most commonly, the phase where you could feel only the slightest bit of emotions and you could be easily manipulated, it was the phase you where put in when you where at the Hydra base. Phase 3, well phase 3 was the phase that completely changed you, made you the monster people outside Hydra told you you were. Phase 3 made killing a passion, an Olympic sport, a hobby, it was the phase that made you the Lethal person Hydra knew you too be. During phase 3 you can feel absolutely no emotions, making killing easy, your brain is completely wiped, you know nothing but the mission.

Your name you may be asking? Well the only reason you know that is because it was carved into your rooms wall when you had obviously first got there, y/n was your name, hydra tried wiping it from your brain and they where successful until you walked into your room two hours later to see it written on the wall, I guess you could call yourself smart. Hydra didn't call you y/n, they had there own name for you, it was simple yet eery, "Caroline" was Hydras name for you, you didn't really care, mostly because.. well you couldn't exactly feel any emotions for it.

There was one emotion hydra couldn't take away from you and that was anger, it was buried inside of you and hydra tried so very hard to get rid of it but it wouldn't go. You don't know why, maybe it was just the fact that you saw so many things that made you angry, hydra did so many things to you that made you angry, and you where forced to do things that made you angry.

Hydra tortured you to say that least, they where convinced you had hidden powers that hadn't shown them self's yet, you where convinced they where crazy. On a day to day basis they would take you to the same room and do the same agonising tests on you to try and reveal your powers, but it always resulted in unsuccessful which led to your theory that they where crazy.

Hydra had been talking to you about some mysterious group of people called the "Avengers" lately. They claimed that the "Avengers" where annoying and got in there way too much, they told you that there is a possible chance that you are on there kill list, that didn't bother you, you knew you where on many kill lists, probably too many to count, the Avengers wouldn't make a difference, whoever they where.

There was two people who you remember from hydra, two people who left quite a long while ago by the names of Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, you used to train with them and for some reason once they left Hydra never wiped them from your memory, which was strange considering they never let you keep one single memory you had made. You often wondered where they went, you hadn't seen them for years, they where always nice to you but you where always arrogant back, it wasn't like you could be nice back, what even is "nice"?

There seemed to be a small rhythm to your life.

But there was one person.

One person who hydra could not wipe from your brain.

The one person who they desperately tried so hard to wipe but the memory's of him where too strong.

The man who you so harshly betrayed

The man you hadn't seen in years

The memory's of him filled your head like a

bathtub and even you wanted to forget them. Forget him.

Sorry that was probably slightly boring but I needed to include Some of her backstory so the story would make sense, more of her backstory will get explained further on in the story I promise? Just be patient lovely's, alright that my cue, bye!!
