Bighit's Plus Global Audition (Not An Update)

Hey hey Kyukie here!
Long time no see, hasn't it?
Well I'm very sorry that I haven't updated anything for months or maybe a year, I really underestimated how hectic grade 12 is. Currently we are doing exams so yeh we're still busy.

Anyways probs late to mention it now but yeh BigHit basically bought Source Music (where Gfriend comes from), and now in the making of a new girl group in 2021 and currently holding a global audition.

I'm going to the Plus Global Auditions!

And weirdly enough they're coming to my city, Perth (Australia). I'm quite surprised because rarely anything Kpop related ever reaches here :'D usually they go to Sydney or Melbourne.
I remember in 2016 I low-key wanted to become a Kpop idol, in 2015 I found my love for dance when I did anime dance covers to eventually transition to Kpop dance covers. For these past many years, my life has circled around music. It has given me strength, made me feel many things, it's very powerful. Like Y/N, it's not about being a Kpop idol, it's about inspiring people and giving strength though music.

Although I kinda do have plans set for me here in Australia, like going to university, becoming a dentist etc. I knew I would regret it if I don't try it, so I did my online application to satisfy my younger self who dreamed to be a Kpop idol. Little did I know that I was one of the many chosen to actually audition... like wow... I'm still SHOOK :0
I sent a pretty crappy application in my opinion :'D
A few weeks beforehand, I mentally prepared myself for failure that I wasn't going to be chosen to audition so this was a huge shocker.

So yeh if anyone from Perth is doing the plus global audition, dm me so that I know I ain't alone :'D
Since the auditions is literally in the middle of my mock exams, imma be studying chemistry as I wait for my audition lol (just for those who can't spot me).

If I fail the audition that's fine, at least I gave it a red hot go! And that's enough to satisfy my younger self.
But if I do pass... Well damn then I'm not sure what to do because my parents and grandparents are really against me doing anything art related as well as already set out a plan for me to become a dentist. But I would really want to do it though, if I did pass. Damn this fanfic story is slowly transitioning to become a non-fiction story :0

Is anyone else doing the auditions? Did any of you guys joined?

If you are, GOOD LUCK! I wanna hear what you guys are preparing for your audition. Just take deep breaths, look confident and go wow the judges! YOU GOT THIS!

New Girl Group? What does that mean for this fanfic?

To be honest I didn't expect BigHit to buy Source Music nor ever would create a new girl group soon. I'm not sure whether to include that into the upcoming sequel, but at least it sounds more plausible for a girl group to form now.
But if I do include that (BigHit buying Source Music), I would include the fact that there are more female trainees. Sorry but I won't be including Gfriend. I think adding too many characters would just be too much of a hassle and a distraction from the main plot.
That's why I'm not going to mention TXT either :'( they're cute but they seriously debuted around the time Flower Heart was going to be made, so think of it as this fanfic being an alternative universe where Flower Heart debuted instead of TXT.

Anyways after my exams I'll be sure to publish the sequel!
