Prologue

-1 year later-

New week, new day.

Let's just say quite a bit had happened over the past year, okay?

Mike and El are practically inseparable, Lucas and Max are dating, Dustin's been away at camp for about a month now, Will and I are still single, and I still have powers.

Did I ever tell the party?

I didn't, but I have good reasons.

Well, I guess semi good.

Anyways, no one ever gave me a chance to say anything. Everyone's so damn busy with their relationship it almost feels like they're too busy for their friendships.

And, you know, at one point, I just quit trying. I'm just done trying to tell them anything.

I, though, honestly... I kinda feel a bit guilty.

And the thing is... I just don't know what the hell I wanna do about it.

But other than that, I mean, I guess things are normal.

I don't know.

Things... are just not the same.

And I honestly wish that sometimes things would go back to the way it was before.

But, time travel is impossible.

But, in a stranger world like Hawkins, anything's possible.

But back to the point, everything has changed.

And I'm not sure for the better or for the worse.

So I'm not sure why I called it a prologue or made it one, but I just wanted something to start y'all off with. Ily 💕
