Chapter 9 - GuHai the Rake

The next day LiuChong realized that the person he was arguing with that night was his idol.

"What? He is GuHai? The young entrepreneur who does not take the traditional road?"

BaiLuoYin faintly smiled, "Yes, he is the son of General Gu."

LiuChong looked surprised, "Is it GuWeiTing? Oh My God! He was already the deputy of a large district. In less than two years, he was promoted to a Lieutenant General. No wonder GuHai could get involved in the military field of work. So he had such strong backing. Ah, fortunately, I did not say anything to piss him off that night. He shouldn't seek retribution against me, right?"

BaiLuoYin faintly smiled at LiuChong, "That may not be."

LiuChong's rounded eyes stared wider, "Is he not? He is even vengeful on small things?"

"He has low tolerance of people. Think about the day we fought in the hotel, it was because I accidentally hit him when I opened the door."

BaiLuoYin made it sound so truthful that LiuChong really believed it to be the truth.

"I'm done for. The other day when I tried to mediate, it seemed like I would punch him. He would definitely remember that, otherwise he would not have asked for the dumplings I brought. If I had known earlier, I would have just given it to him!!"

BaiLuoYin, you stand really firm!

"Ok, I'm not going to tease you, he won't care about such medial things."

LiuChong raised his chest and continued, "Why did he come to find you last night?"

"He wanted to work with us on this project. His main purpose last night was to come tell me that."

"Oh, so that's what it is." LiuChong scratched his head, "Then, did you accept?"

"No."

LiuChong is puzzled, "Why not? Their company's conditions are really good, even taking the initiative to corroborate peacefully. Why did you not agree? You are not afraid to hurt him?"

"I have already hurt him to the point that there is nothing left....."

LiuChong was unable to understand what BaiLuoYin had just thrown out so he walked out of the research room.

Three days later, BaiLuoYin went to the Director to report on the project progress.

"These are the list of people that have been selected as part of the research team. These are the selected cooperative enterprises. Included are the agreed terms and conditions. If you don't have any comments, I will send someone over to sign the contract."

The Director carefully read the information, locking his brows. To tell the truth, BaiLuoYin was very nervous. Some of the selected companies do have certain risks, and this being his first time to take over such a large project, he is a bit uncertain.

Unexpectedly, after the director finished reading all the information, he extremely praised BaiLuoYin.

"Very good, the plan is very thorough, very well-organized. Areas that needed to be agreed has been settled with even some breakthroughs. Such is the mind of a young person. My old mind can no longer keep up with the trend of the times. At most, I can give some advice, but when it comes to making decisions, it really depends on your group of young people."

BaiLuoYin smiled, "We are still fumbling forward in the dark. Without your guidance, the lamp won't work."

"Ha ha ha ... that's right. Is this the first corroboration with HaiYin Technology Company?"
