I ran my hand through his hair. It was so unbelievably soft. "what the hell do you do to your hair to get it so soft? " I asked .

"Hannah, you know exactly what I do. We live together." he laughed.

"that's what he would say." I sobbed. "he would say that everytime I asked. Never once sounding annoyed." I said into the microphone.

I stood there trying to keep it together. Talking about him was the hardest thing I could ever do. Using past tense is what really hurt.

"he was an angel. He did what he knew someone deserved. The happiness he brought a single person was miraculous." I said whiping away the warm salty tears from my rosy cheeks.

I felt a warm pressure on my shoulder. Like a hand. I smiled a little knowing it was him saying good bye.

"this is going to haunt me forever. I loved him. But I need to say good bye." I said stepping off and walking to my seat.
