Her name is (L/n) (F/n), and she was currently on her way home to begin her newest job requests.  After a morning full of meetings with private corporations, the local military-police precinct, and a small coffee shop, (F/n) had quite a variety of new programs to begin designing.

One corporation wanted a new order-intake system, the police wanted a way to keep better track of evidence on file without physically going into an evidence locker, and the cafe wanted a new register interface that made it easier to keep track of customized orders.

But why did they consult her?  (Y/n) is a young and aspiring twenty-one-year-old programmer with a heart of silver. Not quite a heart of gold, but close enough to call her a "good person."

She was walking through the bustling streets of Yokohama while listening to her favorite song on her AirPods. [Sorry if you don't like Apple, Apple is my life :) ]  She was using her ability as she navigated the busy streets home, creating base ideas for the programs that she would later send to her computer.

She had her hands in the pockets of her navy blazer as she walked down the street and stared at the screen in front of her that was invisible to everyone around her. The screen showed the codes she was working on to her, and only her. It was like having a partially transparent computer in front of her whenever she wanted, only her ability did much more than let her work while she walked.

The soft blue hologram-like screen stood off to her side so she could see what was happening in front of her and avoid bumping into anyone as she brainstormed proposals for her newest projects.

What was her ability exactly, and how was she using it right now in the middle of the street?

For starters, her ability was oh-so-gracefully dubbed Code: Execution by the Gifted Special Operations Unit.  Listed as Level SS ability user, though the user was still unknown to the world with exception of a few.

(Y/n) has what is perhaps the most versatile gift in existence. Her gift allowed her to create codes and, well... execute them. Though it had been years since she'd actually used Code: Execute.  It was a code she'd vowed never to use unless needed.

Her first time using a code was during her fourth year of primary school after being bullied for being an orphan. She was being kicked, and she saw her now all-too-familiar screen flicker to life for the first time before reading the words that were flickering into and out of existence, "Code: Firewall." A dark crimson light surrounded her and every hit she received from the children was reflected and amplified to those who were beating her.

She got expelled for breaking the children's bones.

Her gift evolved from simply creating holographic barriers or illusions, to being able to cancel out others' abilities and even create or destroy items in the physical world.  Though she could only create small things, such as the coffee cup she was holding, she could destroy entire walls with her other codes and even track her specially made microchips.

Her coffee tumblr was none other than a product of her ability.  She needed a cup that wasn't dirty one day, so she copied its code from a store shelf, and pasted it into her hand.  Though this ability does take a toll on her energy eventually, she can only use Copy & Paste for about five hours, then she'll get tired and fall asleep.

By far her most common code is the one she was using now, Code: Database.

Database allowed the (h/c) haired girl to walk around with her pale blue screen in front of her.  The database was more than just a mobile computer screen, it was a literal database.  It allowed her to store every code she had successfully created to be used quickly in a pinch.  It also stores every code she had failed to create to be worked on at a later time. She had approximately twenty five codes in her database that she could use in a pinch, each one took her a so long to create and perfect.
