I'M SO SORRY IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MONTH CLASSES SUCK ANYWAYS ENJOY

Maya's POV

"It's been five hours and we have 7 songs done, meaning we only need 6 more, we should probably take a break," I say.

So far, we have:

1. All the Good Girls Go To Hell
2. Mr. Potato Head
3. Bury a Friend
4. Dollhouse
5. Human
6. Disturbia
7. Ghostin

And I'm exhausted. It's currently 5PM, which means Zane is leaving to pick up Connor and Mia from daycare.

"I'm gonna start dinner, if you guys wanna stay," I offer.

They all agree to stay for dinner and I go begin making it.

I'm gonna be making butter chicken, Zane's favorite.

I start by cooking the chicken while Calum watches, meanwhile the other boys are watching a movie.

"Have you had butter chicken before?" I ask him.

"No, but from what I've heard, it's really good," He responds.

"It definitely is, it's pretty fattening though so I'm gonna have to work out even more than I normally do at the gym tomorrow," I say.

"Why's that?" He asks.

"Sometimes I'm still in the same mindset as I was when I was modeling, but I've also been pretty insecure lately," I answer.

"Maya, you're beautiful, don't beat yourself up about something that doesn't matter. You're the most beautiful person to ever walk this earth," He replies.

I look at him, and he starts to lean in, and I do too, but at the last second, I turn my head back to the food.

"Uhm- I'm- gonna- uh, go watch the movie with the boys," Calum says and walks uncomfortably out of the kitchen.

I cannot believe that just happened.

About 10 minutes later, Zane and the kids are home.

Zane comes into the kitchen while Connor and Mia run to the boys.

They love them more than us, probably.

"Hi, love," I say to him, and give him a quick peck on the lips.

I lock eyes with Calum after he sees us kiss, and I look back to the food that I was dishing up.

"I invited the boys to stay for dinner," I tell him.

"Yeah, that's fine, how many songs did you guys get done?" He asks.

"Seven, within five hours," I reply, pretty proud of us.

"That's a record, congratulations babe," He says to me.

"Thank you," I say, before adding a question.

"Can you get Connor and Mia into their seats?" I ask.

He agrees to my request, while I put the plates out at the table, along with the dishes of food.

"Alright, dinners ready everyone!" I tell everyone.

The boys scurry into the kitchen, and all sit down together.

We all begin dishing up our food and eating.

Good people, good food.

What more could I want?
