I often use odors of any kind to remember certain moments. The smell is what I remember the most. Not the feelings, not the surroundings. Just a smell. I could tell Liam's car had a very unique sent. I guess you could say it smelled like him. I remember exactly the way his clothes smelled, his bed, the feather of the pillow I slept on. I couldn't sadly describe it. It wasn't that strong either, probably because it was covered up by a strong smell of deodorant, impregnated in his clothes and pretty much everywhere in here.

We drove into the city until we arrived in front of a building. I couldn't tell what kind of building it was though. There weren't any signs which could hint at what this building was conceived for.

"You are not gonna kidnap me, are you?" I asked laughing.
He shrugged his shoulders smiling.
"You didn't answer me though," I noted.
"I want to show you something." He then finally answered.
He opened the door of the building and I went inside. The first floor was completely abandoned, filled with plastic bags and a white bucket of white paint.
He started going up the stairs.
"Liam. Seriously, where are we?"
He stopped, turned around and then answered proudly: "I just bought this place."
"You just what?"
"I just bought it." Holy shit. He just bought a fucking building?

"Well, you don't hear that every day." He started laughing.
"What are you planning to do with it?"
"I'm not quite sure but I want to do something meaningful." We continued going up the stairs. Once we were on the second floor I noticed a punching bag in the corner. It was pretty much all there was. He noticed how I was staring at it and quickly asked: "It's just to relief some stress. You wanna through some punches?" Of course, I did. But I was considering the fact that I had no idea how and that I would probably make a fool out of myself.

"Sure let's do this." He smiled and took some punching gloves from the ground. I put them on and stepped in front of the punching bag, trying to hit it as hard as possible.
After the first punch, he directly stopped me and quickly said laughing: " OK wait a minute I'll show you." He went behind my back and wrapped his arms around me. I had to remember myself to breathe. He gently took my hands and made a slow movement with my arm drawing half a circle. I should have concentrated on what he was showing me but all I could think about was the feeling of his breath on my neck.

He then suddenly slid his hands on my hips and gently turned me around and stared into my eyes. I leaned over and started kissing him. Our heavy breaths synchronized and my head was spinning. I wanted this moment to last forever. He brushed through my hair and gently put them behind my ear. He then abruptly leaned back and said smiling: "Well try again." I grumbled unsatisfied since I had found a better activity then throwing punches.

I turned around and tried punching the sack again.
"Better!" Liam said satisfied.

We spend the afternoon laughing and talking. When we realized 5 hours had passed we were both shocked.

"I'll drive you home." He said and we went to his car. "Next time I'll take you on a real date, deal?" I wanted to tell him how this was the best date I had since, well ever, but I controlled myself.

"We'll see." I then finally answered winking.
"I can work with that." He smiled satisfied.
When we arrived at my house I slowly opened the door and went outside. Before even realizing he was there, Dean started running up to me screaming:" Where were you? Do you know how worried I was? You didn't answer the door and any of my calls!"

Fuck. I had forgotten about Dean. And then I remembered. Liam was still there. I turned around and saw him in front of his car, standing straight, staring at Dean as if he was going to kill him.
Dean realized Liam was there too. This was not going to end well.

"And who the fuck is he!" I had never seen Dean this mad. Liam made a step in his direction and I quickly went in the middle and pushed Dean lightly away.
"Dean, please, let's go inside ok?" He was steady as a rock, still staring at Liam, but then he looked at me and relaxed a little bit. He took my hand and slowly turned around.
"Let's go." He mumbles and started rushing and pulled me back into the house. I quickly took a glance at Liam and whispered a weak I'm sorry before going into the house.
