EXTENDED SUMMARY

Princess Delphine Ainsley of the Northern Isles was the second born, meaning she never expected nor planned to become Queen, and after her father King Henrik Ainsley died, what she expected to happen, in fact did.

Prince Eustace Ainsley took the throne at the age of 17, his younger sister being 15 when they both found themselves with no parental guidance.

With the new King of the Northern Isles only being a teen, many sought out the kill the young king for the crown and all that came with. In a panicked rush, Eustace packed his younger sisters bag and sent her off to Port Royal where he was guaranteed she'd be safe.

Princess Delphine had swiftly moved in with Governor Swann's family who had recently arrived in Port Royal, where she was extremely welcomed and quickly became one of the family especially to 11 year old Elizabeth who saw the Princess as her older sister.

Due to Delphines close relationship to Elizabeth she also grew close to William Turner, with much distaste from Governor Swann, who wasn't particularly fond of the blacksmiths apprentice and his fondness of Elizabeth and Delphine.

When Delphine was 23 she got the news that her brother, Eustace, had been killed and the citizens of the Northern Isles were demanding Delphine be his successor. As the time of Delphines departure nears, all hell breaks loose in Port Royal, as an infamous pirate shows up, an undead crew following him and Elizabeth being captured.

Delphine had no idea how to cope with her brothers death, her sister being taken, and the fact she now has to become Queen. So when William Turner plans to set the pirate free and go on a rescue mission for Elizabeth, Delphine doesn't hesitate to tag along as it's better to only run away from a couple problems rather than all of them.

Also lil disclaimer that I wrote this really quickly whilst I was experiencing writers block for my Divergent story. This isn't my best work, some parts are extremely cliche, Delphine is not a very thought about and planned out OC, she does have plot points and her own story and lines etc, but I feel as if a lot of it is her plonked into the movie which is something I'm not proud of, I also feel like the parts I wrote myself Jack is really out of character but I don't actually know, that's just my opinion and despite that I really hope you enjoy this story :))))
