Lucifer slammed the car door shut and headed to the reception, leaving me alone in front of the grand hotel. The opulent setting overwhelmed me, and I couldn't help but feel a pang of envy as he charmed the receptionist ladies.

The women, adorned in matching white uniforms with bold makeup, blushed under Lucifer's attention. It stirred an unsettling jealousy within me.

After a brief exchange, he returned with the confidence of a man accustomed to such settings. Opening my car door, he pulled me out, and the concierge team swiftly managed our luggage. It felt like we had stepped into a realm of excess and indulgence.

Lucifer turned me to face him, his firm grip on my jaw accentuating his commanding presence. "Stay here. I'll be right back after parking my vehicle," he instructed, leaving me with a mixture of uncertainty and anticipation.

As I waited in the luxurious hotel lobby, the opulence of the surroundings overwhelmed me. The polished marble floors reflected the glittering chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The receptionists, dressed in impeccable white uniforms, added to the upscale atmosphere. A sense of discomfort settled in as I sat alone, acutely aware of my young age and the curious glances from others.

A soft tap on my shoulder interrupted my thoughts, and I turned to find one of the receptionists who had earlier caught Lucifer's attention. Her perfectly manicured smile hinted at a professional courtesy that contrasted with the unease I felt.

"You can sit if you want on the waiting area over there. You don't need to stand," she suggested, attempting to ease my evident nervousness.

"It's okay," I stammered, but she insisted, gently pulling me towards a plush seating area. As I took a seat, I couldn't help but feel out of place amid the opulent surroundings.

The minutes dragged on, and my eyes wandered, observing the comings and goings of the hotel's sophisticated clientele. Each glance, each hushed conversation, only intensified my feelings of vulnerability. The plush surroundings contrasted starkly with the hardships I had endured in the past.

I returned to the opulent hotel, expecting to find Valentine exactly where I left her. However, to my dismay, she was nowhere to be seen. Panic seized me, and I frantically searched for her, cursing under my breath. How could she disregard a simple instruction to stay put?

Sniffing the air, I caught her distinct scent and followed it to the waiting area. There she sat, seemingly oblivious to my earlier directive. Annoyance etched across my face, I seized her arm, pulling her up with a firm grip, and led her to the hotel room I had booked.

After ensuring the door was securely locked, I turned to face her. The frustration evident in my eyes, I questioned her disobedience. "I told you to stay there. Why didn't you listen to me?" I asked, my tone stern. As we moved closer to the room's wall, her back met it, and her eyes widened with apprehension.

"I-I told her, but she insisted," she stammered, nervously explaining her actions.

"Who's she?" I inquired; my irritation palpable.

"One of the receptionists," she replied.

"Okay," I said, though suspicion lingered in my gaze. Closing the distance between us, I leaned in, my finger under her chin, lifting her face to meet mine. "But, was she me?" I questioned; a subtle hint of possessiveness evident as my hand explored the exposed skin under her shirt.

"No," I replied, my response hanging in the charged air between us.

"Exactly." As his warm breath caressed the nape of my neck, a chill ran down my spine, and I attempted to pull away. However, he responded with a low growl, pressing me firmly against the wall. His hands slid under my shirt, exploring the contours of my waist before settling on my hips, gripping them possessively.

The scent of our mingled emotions hung in the air as he whispered, "Next time, you better listen." A shiver ran through me, and I nodded, acknowledging the unspoken command.

Closing his eyes momentarily, he took deep breaths, as if grounding himself. When he opened them again, his grip on my hips loosened, transforming into a surprisingly soothing massage. I reluctantly admitted that it felt strangely good.

Our faces were now inches apart, eyes locked, and he tilted his head, his gaze dropping to my lips. I couldn't help but reciprocate the curiosity, staring at his inviting, plump lips, beckoning to be touched. A smirk played on his lips as he licked them, leaning in until our breaths mingled and his lips brushed teasingly against mine, sending a cascade of tingles through my body.

I'm so sorry for the loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait. I got so busy. But right now I'm in a one month holiday so I'd be uploading sooner than you can say hallelujah'!
