(2 weeks after)
"Luth..luth... Luth!" Iciel is trying to wake me up.. "wake up, it already morning"
"Got it .." I slowly get off my bed and stretches... I quickly wash my face,put on my clothes and hear before going down to eat breakfast..
After eating I walk around town, I didn't plan to go on a quest today.. I need a lil rest after what happened 2 days ago..
If you wonder what is it .. well..I basically became the bait in a hunting quest... It was so tiring I was running so much that day..
As I was walking iciel through my mind "luth.. someone is spying on you"
"Huh?" I quickly look around and saw a female figure run to a alley way
I quickly follow the female figure
"Hey!" I walk up to her
The girl look at me and take her hood off revealing her self to me, it felyna, a friend of mine from my student days
"Felyna? What are you doing here!?" I ask her and she smiled at me
"Surprised? "
"Yes I am....now tell me why you are here"
"As you wish~ but before that buy me some food I'm starving"
So we did.. we went to a the market and bought some street food
While walking she is munching the food on a stick
"Nyaaaa~~~ I really like the taste of this fried fish fillet on a stick~"
"Right.. now tell me why you're here..."
She smiled at me again ",well let's go somewhere private "
"Fine..."
We went back to the inn in staying amd went to my room
The owner teases me, saying it's the first time I bring a girl over and we should at least stay quite...seriously does she think I'm a pervert!?
Once inside my room I use the scroll of silence so no one can hear us
"Now tell me"
"Sure sure~"
"Why are you here felyna?"
"I was task to be your partner!"
"Huh?" What?.. partner? "what do you mean???"
"You see your lovely queen is worried about you~ and she decided you need help"
"Aria- I mean... The queen send you?"
"Do I have to repeat my self luth?"
I sighed and put my hand on my face
"Do I have a choice? Alright... Welcome aboard.."
"Nya nya~ but I will be working from the shadows unlike you who is following the princess"
Felyna would be useful in this mission actually... Her rogue expertise are top notch
"So where can I sleep?" Felyna ask
"I will ask the owner if you can rent one room"
"Alright nya!"
"But how would you pay for the room? Who knows how long were staying"
She take a pouch full of gold coin
"I have funds nya~"
"Hahaha... Good.."
Seriously where did she take those gold!? Oh wait... She probably stole those ...
