Heather McNamara x Reader - Continue

It was a normal day, nothing new. You were stood by your locker, chatting with Veronica, Duke and Chandler, waiting for McNamara to show up so you could all go back home together.
"Jeez, she said she'd only be a minute.." Chandler complained, impatient.
"I wonder what's taking her so long." Veronica questioned.
"God knows, we'll just have to wait and see." You responded.
The four of you continued gossiping, until you felt a pair of arms wrap tightly around your waist. It was unexpected and, you moaned, loudly. Your's and Mac's face were now redder than Chandler's scrunchy, as the other three girls laughed, teasingly.
"Well, I wasn't expecting that reaction." McNamara joked, smiling at you.
"S-Sorry, I didn't mean to." You apologised, now flustered.
"It's alright." She smiled comfortingly at you.
Then, she grabbed your hand and said, "Come on guys, let's get going!"
"Yeah, and let's pretend we never heard what we just did." Duke responded, laughing.
"I agree with that." Veronica smiled.
"All in favour of pretending that never happened, say aye."
"Aye!" You all said in sync.
Going home together wasn't awkward, you all pretended it hadn't happened. Just continued gossiping about the day's events. Until you got to McNamara's house, and she took you in with her.
"Now then, let's continue from earlier." She teased.
You were in for quite an eventful time.
