jungkook is at home, getting ready for the little "date" he had planned with taehyung, a bit more nervous than he would usually be. he shakes off his nerves, looking at himself in the mirror. he's wearing blue ripped jeans, with his timberlands and a black and yellow windbreaker.

he nods his head in approval, knowing he looks good in his outfit. he gets in his car and heads to taehyung's house. when he finally gets there and knocks on the door, jennie opens the door. "hey, jungkook! tae's in his room." she tells the boy, who nods while greeting her.

he makes his way up the long staircase and gets to taehyung's room, walking in and seeing the boy sitting at his desk doing what looks like homework. jungkook closes the door and goes up behind the boy wrapping his arms around the boys neck.

taehyung jumps at the contact, then relaxing knowing it's jungkook's touch. "hey, kook." he says softly. "hey." jungkook responds. taehyung gets up and goes to his bed. "i'm so worn out. can we just sleep for a little?" he asks the taller male. jungkook shakes his head.

"not just yet. get dressed, something casual." he tells the boy, dragging him off of his bed. taehyung sighs. "fine, but we're sleeping when we get back." he tells jungkook, awfully close to his face. jungkook puts his arms on taehyung's waist. "that sounds good." he says, kissing the boys forehead.

taehyung smiles at the action, going to his large walk-in closet and picking out some jeans, a t-shirt with a jean jacket and black vans. he quickly gets dressed, jungkook immediately dragging him downstairs and to his car.

"jeon jungkook, where are we going?" he asks the boy in the driver's seat. jungkook giggles. "you'll see!" he tells the boy, driving out of taehyung's driveway and towards downtown. after a few minutes, jungkook parks in a random parking lot and gets out of the car.

jungkook starts heading towards the buildings while checking for any type of security or workers. taehyung just follows, liking the adrenaline that follows. jungkook climbs over a fence as does taehyung and they head for the ladder alongside a building. they climb up it until they get to the top, shocking taehyung by the view.

"oh my god. that's beautiful." he says, amazed by the view. "just like you." jungkook says. taehyung looks at the boy and smiles. "what'd you just say?" he ask, smiling his boxy smile that jungkook loves so much. "i said you're beautiful." he says, going up to taehyung.

taehyung puts his arms around jungkook's neck and hugs him, jungkook's arms going around taehyung's lower back. the two sway back and forth for a second while looking at the view on top of the roof of some random place they don't even know.

jungkook stops their swaying and looks at taehyung. "you know, this isn't the only reason i brought you here." he tells taehyung. taehyung gives him a questionable look. "what's that supposed to mean?" he asks, worried about what was about to come out of jungkook's mouth.

jungkook takes a deep breath before asking the question. "i was wondering if you'll be my boyfriend?" he asks hesitantly. taehyung's eyes widen at the question. he doesn't say anything for a few seconds. "sorry, i should've never-" jungkook gets interrupted by taehyung. "i'd love to." he says.

then jungkook's eyes get wide. "you what?" he asks, making sure he heard right. taehyung giggles. "i would love to be your boyfriend." he tells the boy again. jungkook suddenly picks taehyung up and spins him around excitedly.

the boys laugh for those few moments before jungkook sits taehyung down. they stare at each other for a second before slowly leaning into each other. their lips connect, and the kiss is filled with something they've never felt before. it's filled with lust, they feel like they could do anything if they had each other.

that's how much power something as simple as a kiss can hold. they pull away from each other and connect their foreheads. they smile at each other. "i have one question, though." taehyung says. "shoot." jungkook replies. taehyung sighs at the question he's about to ask.

"are you out, yet? jin told me about your family." he says, his face immediately saddening. jungkook looks down and shakes his head. "we'll have to be secret. i'm sorry, i know you deserve better, but i couldn't help but be a little selfish." he says, hoping that doesn't change taehyung's answer.

taehyung looks at the boy with compassion in his eyes. "i understand. that's okay, at least i still get to be with you." taehyung says, putting his had on the barely taller boys face. jungkook smiles at the actions. "thank you." he says.

taehyung smiles softly and looks at the boy. "we should head back. i'm tired and i wanna cuddle with my boyfriend." he says, heading to the ladder and climbing down. jungkook stood there before walking to the ladder as well.

the pair get to jungkook's car and get in, jungkook starting the engine. he looks at taehyung and put his hand on his boyfriend's thigh. "also, the word 'boyfriend' has a nice ring to it." he says, winking at taehyung. the boy in the passenger seat hides his face behind his phone and giggles.

the boys head back to taehyung's house. they go back up to taehyung's room, locking the door so no one walks in on them. the boys are cuddling, taehyung snuggled up to jungkook's side. "hey, kook?" taehyung says, getting his partner's attention.

"yeah babe?" he asks. taehyung blushes at the nickname. sure jungkook said that many times, but now that they were official it just sounded and felt different. "could we at least tell my family and friends? you know they won't out you." he asks.

jungkook nods, trusting the kim family enough. the kim family has actually grown to love jungkook. the parents absolutely adore the boy, always asking for him to come over more. and taemi has grown attached to jungkook, running to the boy every time she sees him. whether it be games or at her own house. and taehyung loves that.

he loves that his family loves his boyfriend.
