jungkook wakes up, stretching his limbs out and grabbing his phone. he checks the time. 6:03 a.m. but something else caught his eye.

his eyes widen. how could he have possibly gotten that many likes overnight? he decides not to question it and just get up for breakfast. jungkook walks down the stairs and sees mrs. jung preparing breakfast. "good morning, jungkook!" she greets.

he smiles at the woman. "good morning, mrs. jung." jungkook says. the lady giggles. "please, you can call me mom." she tells him, side hugging him swiftly and planting a little kiss on his cheek. "thank you. for all of this." jungkook says, mrs. jung just shrugs.

"it's no problem, hon. we all love you anyways and we're more than glad to let you stay here." she says, motioning for the boy to go sit down in the dining room. he makes his way to the room, sitting next to hoseok. hoseok has three siblings, haneul who is the youngest.

then there's haru, and she is 12 years old. she's like the carbon copy of hoseok, though all of his siblings are mostly like him. and finally there's hyunae. she's is 15 years old and like hoseok, is very energetic and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

hoseok leans over to jungkook. "dude your post blew up. everyone is accepting, congrats." hoseok says, smiling at his friend. jungkook sighs in relief, happy to hear he won't be miserable at school. the food then gets brought out to the table, everyone eating before getting dressed.

hoseok drops jungkook off at his house so that jungkook could get his car. the two boys head to school and walk in together. it feels like a movie, everyone clearing the halls for jungkook and whispering about him.

"i cant believe he's gay!"
"who's the lucky guy?"
"even if he's gay, he's still hot."
"if he likes guys, then i'm in luck."

jungkook chuckles at all the remarks being made about him as he gets to his locker. he begins to unlock it when he hears footsteps coming towards him. he turns and it happens to be taehyung. "hey, tae." jungkook says while smiling. taehyung smiles his cute box smile back.

"hey. look, i really don't wanna rush things between us. are you okay with that?" he asks. jungkook closes his locker and looks at the boy. "i don't care how long i have to wait until your mine, as long as you get to be my boyfriend again. if it's in 5 days or 5 years, i don't mind waiting." he says.

taehyung smiles sweetly. "jeon jungkook, what's changed you?" he asks, leaning on the lockers. jungkook chuckles and looks around at all of the eyes on him. he leans towards the boys ear and whispers. "you did." he says before walking to first period. taehyung blushes and looks around at the crowd around him, hearing more whispers.

"do you think taehyung is the mystery guy?"
"if he wasn't gay, i would totally be with him."
"they're cute together."

taehyung giggles at the group and begins walking, everyone making a clear pathway for him. he makes a confused look but continues walking to his first period.

'god, this is weird.'

"i cant believe tomorrow's game makes or breaks our chances of going to the championship!" taemin exclaims. the group nods. yoongi sighs. "at least you all aren't running 1,000 miles each practice." he says grumpily. hoseok giggles at his boyfriend and puts and arm around him.

"that's okay, babe. we'll probably start doing that after season." he says. yoongi looks at him. "it's mid-april dumbass. even if you guys ran, it would only be for like, 2 weeks." he says. hoseok smiles and cuddles his boyfriend closer. "so are we just not gonna talk about jungkook's post?" seokjin asks.

"yeah! how'd you get so many likes?" namjoon asks, a hand on seokjin's thigh. jungkook just shrugs and shakes his head. "i have no fucking clue." he says. jimin, who is sitting across from jungkook and taehyung, looks behind the boys heads and points.

"um, jungkook. i think you have a few people who are, uh, watching you." he says. jungkook and taehyung both turn around, seeing most of the cafeteria looking at them. taehyung laughs, looking at jungkook. jungkook's face is in shock, his mouth wide open and his eyebrows furrowed.

"maybe you shouldn't have told them to basically stalk you." taehyung says while laughing. jungkook looks at his ex-boyfriend and pokes him in the stomach, making him laugh harder. "shut it. i told them to not stalk me!" jungkook exclaims.

jennie and areum just look at the crowd and jennie makes a decision to be bold. she stands up and goes to the front of the cafeteria where everyone can see her. "excuse me! hi, i'm jennie in case you didn't know. my friend and my brother feel a little uncomfortable with so many people watching them, so they would really appreciate if you could just go back to eating your lunch and not stalk them. thanks!" she says, walking back to the table.

everyone looks at her shocked. she just shrugs. "oral com. just helps me speak in public, i guess." she says nonchalantly. the group just chuckles and goes back to eating their lunch. "hey, taehyung." jimin says, taehyung humming in response.

"i heard something about coach putting you as a midfielder tomorrow." he says. taehyung furrows his eyebrows. "what the hell?" he says, surprised his coach was putting him in a position he'd only played for a few months. hoseok puts a friendly arm around taehyung.

"looks like taehyung here did quite the job while i was out!" hoseok says, taehyung rolls his eyes playfully. "yeah yeah. i thought i sucked." taehyung says honestly. jungkook shakes his head. "no you didn't. you get the most assists in like, every game." he says.

taehyung shrugs, not confident in his skills to play a different position than goalie. jungkook wraps an arm around taehyung. "don't talk down on yourself. you're capable of playing any position on that field and you know that." jungkook says, looking the boy in the eyes.

taehyung smiles. "thank you, kook." taehyung replies. jungkook smiles back, almost getting lost in the boys eyes. he was about to kiss taehyung but the bell rang, all the students getting up and walking out of the cafeteria.

taehyung starts walking out before jungkook stops him. "tae!" jungkook says, grabbing the boys attention. "what's up?" taehyung says, going back up to the boy. jungkook bites his lip. "how does a date sound this friday?" he asks. taehyung smiles.

"that sounds amazing."
