as time flew by, it was finally friday night. meaning taehyung and jungkook's second date night. jungkook went to taehyung's house, taehyung just wanting to have a cute little movie marathon in the living room. he arrived at the house in sweatpants, a nike sweatshirt with nike socks and birkenstock's.(a/n: boys who wear birks are 🥵)

he knocks on the door, taemi answering. she looks up at jungkook and smiles while hugging his waist. "hi, kookie!" she exclaims. jungkook picks her up, as he always does, and smiles. "hey, princess!" he greets her. jungkook walks in and closes the door behind him, taemi still in his arms.

taehyung's father walks down the stairs and sees jungkook. "ah, jungkook! hey buddy!" he says to the boy. jungkook smiles at the man. "hello, mr. kim!" he says, giving the man a side hug. "taehyung is in his room!" he tells the teenager. jungkook nods and heads to the stairs.

"we should prank taehyungie." jungkook says to taemi. the little girl nods excitedly. "how though?" she asks with puppy eyes that remind him of taehyung. jungkook thinks for a second. "how about this? why don't you go tell taehyungie that i couldn't come, and when he gets sad i'll come in the room!" he says.

the little girl nods and claps. jungkook lets her down and tells her what to say to her big brother. she enters the room and closes the door behind her. taehyung is sitting at his desk wearing sweatpants, a hoodie and socks. he turns around and sees taemi, smiling at her.

"hey, mimi. what do you need?" he asks her, turning around in his chair. she looks down at the floor. "mommy and daddy told me to tell you that jungkook couldn't come here tonight." she says, pouting. taehyung's smile disappears.

"oh. did he say why?" he asks her. she shakes her head, her face still sad. taehyung nods and fakes a smile. "alright. thank you for telling me, mi." he tells her while smiling. she nods slowly walking out of the room. when she walks out she gives jungkook a thumbs up, their signal for him to walk into the room.

taehyung is turned back around in his chair with the hood of his hoodie up. jungkook tip toes quietly behind the boys chair while wrapping arms around the boys neck. taehyung looks up from his phone and sees jungkook. "wait, i thought?" he says confused.

jungkook giggles. "we were messing with you. i told her to do it, i'm sorry." he tells the boy who gives him a pout that is similar to taemi's. "that was mean." he whines, standing up and smacking jungkook's chest lightly. "i'm sorry, tae." he tells the boy, hugging him. taehyung hugs back and kisses the boys neck.

they pull apart from the hug. taehyung smiles at the boy. "thank you for actually coming." he says jokingly. jungkook chuckles and looks at taehyung. "i'd never miss it." he says. the boys then head down to the living room, where mrs. kim has popcorn and snacks laid out for the boys.

the boys grab all of their wanted snacks and go sit on the couch. they put their snacks on the coffee table in front of the couch and throw a blanket over their legs. jungkook throws an arm around taehyung's waist, which taehyung snuggles close to jungkook and puts his arms around jungkook as well, hugging the boys torso.

taehyung is scrolling through netflix trying to choose a movie when a dog jumps up next to him. jungkook looks at the animal and smiles. it's a fully black and brown dog which is laying next to taehyung. "so, when did you get this thing?" jungkook asks while pointing to the dog.

"first off, it's not a thing, jungkook. second off, we got him a few days ago. i didn't mention it because it didn't seem important." he comments, still looking for a movie. jungkook nods and looks at the small puppy. the dog moves from taehyung's side to jungkook lap and settles himself there.

jungkook pets the dog as taehyung chooses the first movie of the night. he chose to watch the movie "after" and clicks the start button. he hugs jungkook again and lays his head on his chest. jungkook's grip becomes tighter on taehyung's waist as the movie starts.

"you have to go on 3, no cheating!" yoongi shouts to hoseok who throws his hands up defensively. for a fun friday night date, they decided to do a scavenger hunt in the most romantic place ever.

walmart.

hyunae, hoseok's 15 year old sister, stands outside of the large grocery store with a timer on her phone prepared. considering the two boys are crazy competitive and like to go on unusual dates, they decided a scavenger hunt in walmart would be a fun way to "bond" in their relationship. when really they just want to have fun. yoongi looks at his list and nods.

he nods and looks at hoseok, who is also observing his list of items to find.

he sighs, knowing that it will take him awhile to complete the challenge considering how big and spread out everything is in seoul's walmart. the couple makes eye contact and narrows their eyes at each other while giggling.

hyunae laughs as well, going over the rules with the boys. "okay. rule number one, you're not allowed to get in the other persons way. so no stealing things from their cart or anything like that." she says and yoongi groans. "i was planning on doing that!" he whines. hyunae laughs, as does hoseok.

"rule number two, you have to stick to detail. so when you grab a shirt, it can't just be any size. it has to be the one on the list. and third rule, if a worker has to kick you out for you being to wild or whatever, you have to text me and say 'disqualified' so the other person gets an automatic win." she tells the two older boys.

they nod in agreement. "when you two are done, text me and i'll tell you where i am." she says. the boys nod once more before getting ready to sprint into the store. hyunae sees how fired up the two are smiles, knowing this should be interesting.

"on your marks. get set." she says. "go!" she yells, and the boys run through the doors while grabbing carts and going opposite ways. hyunae laughs and shakes her head while walking in at a normal pace and going to look around.

'this should be interesting.'
