PEYTONS POV
She doesn't remember us? How? I feel like I'm breaking right now. I walk out of the room and sit down in one of those uncomfortable plastic chairs. I put my head in my hands and start crying.
It's all my fault. If I would've told her the truth this would have never happened. I will never forgive myself if she doesn't get her memory back. I was the one who messed this up so I have to fix it now. I walk back into the room.
" Hey Peyton," Clara starts I feel a spark of hope. " that is you? And I'm Clara?" I nod in return. The spark of hope did not ignite, except it turned into smoke and disappeared. Wow. I'm a mess.
" Wait!!! I know who you are Peyton and Julia. ( Julia is her step mom idk if I said something else earlier.) Julia is my mom, and Peyton is my best friend." She says. Wow, close enough. I turn to Julia, and mouth just go with it. She nods in return.
