Nishinoya's POV:

I can't sleep.

I drank like 3 cups of coffee last night.

I've been rolling around the bed for about forever.

I look to my side and see Asahi sleeping peacefully.

It's 4:00am and I'm still fully awake.

All I've been doing is staring at the ceiling for probably the past 2 hours.

I kept thinking of ideas on how to make myself fall asleep.

I searched tutorials on how to fall asleep but nothing was working.

I even tried to exercise and make myself tired, but nothing.

Probably an hour already passed by, and I'm still wide awake.

I decided that I would go downstairs to get a snack.

Since I have nothing better to do, so why not waste my time raiding our kitchen.

I went downstairs, trying not to wake up Asahi.

I made it to the kitchen without tripping on anything.

I opened our refrigerator to see a bowl of mac n' cheese.

"This should be fine." I took it and put it in the microwave.

While waiting I was sitting on the counter, and heard a noise.

I got scared and pulled out a fork, "WHOEVER IS THERE, I HAVE A FORK."

I was looking around but I saw no one there.

But there was a shadow by the corner, and it was walking near me.

I braced myself and got into a fighting position with my fork.

Asahi was there rubbing his eyes and staring at me.

"Noya, the microwave." He pointed at his ear.

The microwave was beeping since a while ago, but I was too focused on the shadow.

"Ahh, I'm sorry." I opened the microwave, and pulled out the mac n' cheese.

I started eating it, but I noticed Asahi still staring at me.

"What?" I asked him with my mouth full.

"Nothing, you're so cute." He smiled at me.

"B-But you're cuter!" I pouted.

He just chuckled at me and continued to stare at me.

After I finished the bowl I put in the sink and we went back upstairs and laid down.

"You know, that microwave was really loud." He told me

"I actually woke up because of it, I'm sorry if I scared you at the kitchen."

"I should be the one apologising! I woke you up, I'm so sorry!"

"You can make it up to me if you hug me." He opened his arms.

I hugged him tightly, and he kissed my forehead

"I love you so much!" I hugged him tighter.

"I love you too." He said.

I was slowly starting to fall asleep.

'I'm so lucky to have Asahi as my boyfriend.'

'Maybe he was all I actually needed to fall asleep.'

Bonus:

"SHUT UP YOU LOUD ASS MICROWAVE!" The microwave started beeping loudly for the 5th night in the row after the night I got mac n' cheese.

I was not in the mood to deal with that microwave.

"Asahi let's throw that microwave out."

"But- we had that for a long time now."

"Asahi, baby, we can buy a new microwave."

"But I can't stand that loud ass microwave beeping so fucking loudly at night it's-"

"Noya, please calm down, fine, we'll get a new microwave."

"I might've got cursed for putting that mac n' cheese in the microwave! It only started after I put it in there!"

"Huh- No, Noya the microwave is not cursed-"

"BELIEVE ME ASAHI THAT MICROWAVE CURSED ME!"

"Uh- O- sure.."
