Steven:*smiles* OK. *sighs* I know you think your parents are strict and your life isn't the best. But can I be honest? And I'm only saying this because I love you and want to be honest with you.

Steven:*sighs* You're acting like a spoiled and entitled brat.

Steven:Calm down and listen! Look: As crazy as this may sound, you're lucky. Do you know how much I'd love to life the life you live? Getting to go to school, meeting new friends...*voice breaks*having both parents alive and there for you.

Steven:You're lucky. You're so lucky. You don't know how good you have it. You've seen what I have to put up with. Mom made sure that any chance I had of even trying to have the type of life you have was nothing but a dream I have. Something I can never truly have. The Gems...I love them....and I love Dad too...but your parents are there...they're in your life...they don't make you feel like you aren't good enough. Yeah, they're strict...but you don't have any reason to gripe about how bad you have it!! You don't even know what "bad" is!!!
