“Damn. Where are they?”

The first thing we did when we all respawn is to check the Celestial Kingdom, yet our friends were nowhere to be found. It’s Saturday here, and obviously, we don’t have any classes right now.

I slammed my body on the couch when the door suddenly open and revealed Travis and Keigo, who were simultaneously shaking their heads. It only means they didn’t find anyone.

“What the hell, Su?”

Logan looked at me with disbelief, “Are you jealous of Travis? Of all people? Yikes,” he teased, making me bit his hands covering my mouth. He laughed at me and just rolled my eyes at him.

I roamed my sight until it landed to the most useless being we have in this group. Richard was frustratingly swiping his phone as if it magically bring his soul back. He looked up to me and glared at me for no reason.

Ampota.

I glanced at Hunter. After all, he is the reason why Phantasia even existed.

“Hunter…” He gave me his warmest smile and looked at the others. Damn, he totally gets it. Our time is ticking, and yet we still don’t know where they are.

Darren cleared his throat and looked at Travis, “Dude, track your guildmates.” Travis took a deep breath and sighed. He has the most connection to the traitors, especially that they both belong to his guild.

Because who would have thought that his beloved partner and my favorite professor will be the cunning admirals who killed me?

Shaina told us the story of her mock battle with Richard, and she told the truth, yet it was not complete. Shaina only told us about the wager of life and death, but she didn’t tell us that both of their soul was also on the line. The slow-motion soul originally belonged to Richard, and after he lost to their battle, Shaina acquired two souls; Telumkinesis and Slow-motion.

Damn. This battle will be really hard, not because of Shaina, but because of her comrade. With Mr. Romualdez’s nullifying soul and his goddamn skills, I don’t think that we could actually win against him, especially if it is 1 versus 1.
