CHAPTER SEVEN: "sleepover"
After Johnny had thrown Annie into the pool, Both of them went upstairs. Johnny gave her a shirt along with grey sweats. The pieces of clothing were huge on her. His shirt stopped just above her knee, his sweat pants were quite long on her too.
Annie decided to go home. It was late and she had to go to school tomorrow, not that she cared. She actually wanted to skip and thought about asking Johnny to join her.
"Bye guys, see you tomorrow" She smiled. They all waved in response and soon Johnny and Annie headed out since he offered her a ride home.
"Bye Bananie!" Jack exclaimed.
"Bye Jackypoo!" Annie exclaimed back.
The car ride to Annie's place was filled with Conan's music and them singing along to it. Who could not love Conan?
Soon, He dropped her off at her porch but she couldn't help asking, "Do you wanna come in?"
A small smile appeared on his face as if he was kinda hoping she would ask him. "Sure." he smiled. "You live alone?" he asked her.
"Yeah kinda my mom is a flight attended so she's never home," she answered him. "Sit down" Annie laughed sitting down on the couch after him.
"Can't believe the girl who literally took off her shirt in front of me hasn't had her first kiss yet"
"Your never gonna stop teasing me about that are you?" She playfully rolled her eyes.
"Depends, I mean, I could be your first kiss" He smirked.
"I don't want anyone to kiss me because they feel pity that I haven't had my first kiss yet" She said.
"I won't kiss you out of pity. What if I actually liked you?" He said as he put his arm around her and pulled her closer.
"Thennn" she smiled softly, "it would be a different story.." She said then sighed, "I'm almost eighteen and I've never been in a relationship."
"Hey your just waiting for the right one" He said.
She nodded, "People used to tease me about it back home."
"Ignore them," He said then chuckled.
She laughed along too, "Wanna watch a movie?" She asked.
He smiled, "Sure." He nodded.
"Lets go upstairs," She said as both of them went up to her room.
Her room was filled with posters and albums. She had records hanging around and a bunch of polaroids on her wall. Fake plants around the corners, a tapestry on the wall next to her bed. Of course, she had the infamous L E D lights just like the boys had in their place. Her room was cool.
"How is your room decorated already?" He asked her remembering that she just moved in.
"I came here a week before I started school." She said. "I had a whole week to do this" she said falling onto her black bed cover.
Annie and Johnny were watching 'After'. The position they were in was honestly cute. He had his arm around her waist holding her close while her head rested on his shoulder.
Johnny couldn't help but stare at the girl. She faint freckles on her cheeks, long lashes and her caramel brown eyes were gorgeous. He had to admit that she was just as beautiful without makeup and as he was getting to know her more and more, He was sure her inside personality was beautiful too.
Maybe he did have a crush on her but was it too soon?
"Hey you skipping tomorrow?" She asked looking up. She noticed he was looking at her but she shook it off smiling on the inside.
"Probably. Why?" Her furrowed his eyebrows.
"Can I skip with you?" She asked her lips curling into a small smile.
"Sure LeBlanc." he grinned back at her.
"Why don't you stay here? Like a sleepover?" she suggested.
He smiled, "What about the boys?" he asked.
"Ask them to come over" She said and then shrugged.
"Nah I'd rather stay alone with you" He slightly smirked. "I'll text Jack I'm staying over"
She nodded and laughed, "Okay, Creep" She said jokingly.
