I'm, coming, out!

The valley was filled with the cheering of the residents as rainbow confetti flew through the air, and multicoloured flags swished in the air, as today was a celebration, not just in Pure Heart Valley, but everywhere across the world. A day for people to express and be who they really are. Music blasted out of large speakers as parade floats drove down the streets, and the citizens hung rainbow flags out of their windows, cheering them on.

Sitting upon on of the floats, Mao Mao, Badgerclops, and Adorabat swung along with the rhythm of the song while waving multicoloured flags. Their faces were painted with the signature rainbow flag.

"Woohoo!" Badgerclops yelled, waving his flag. "Happy pride month peeps!" He called to the people looking out of the windows.

"Happy pride month!" Adorabat yelled as well, and Mao Mao had an enormous grin on his face.

There's a new me coming out,

And I just had to live,

And I want to give,

I'm completely positive,

I think this time around,

I am gonna do it,

Like you never knew it,

Oh, I'll make it through!

The time has come for me,

To break out of the shell,

I have to shout,

That I'm coming out!

The pavement almost seemed to shake at the song that was blasting out of the speakers as the parade continued. The trio and everyone on the float, the sidewalks, and the people from the windows sang along with the chorus.

I've got to show the world,

All that I want to be,

And all my 'billities,

There's so much more to me,

Somehow, I have to make them just understand,

I got it well in hand,

And, oh, how I've planned!

I'm spreadin' love,

There is no need to fear,

And I just feel so glad,

Every time I hear,

The chorus repeated, and it seemed that the entire valley was singing along, a cacophony of voices coalescing and vocalizing their support. Trumpets continued the funky melody, the people on the sidewalks beginning to dance along. Mao Mao stood up and started to dance on the float, Badgerclops and Adorabat dancing with him.
