"W-What?"

Jimin looks at his friend, bewildered.

"I know, small world right?"

He grips on his beverage tight as he process Taehyung's words on his mind; never wanting to believe what he said.

That he knows Yoongi while he's studying in France.

That he was Yoongi's bestfriend.

And Yoongi was a widow.

Jimin looks at his friend, who keeps on staring outside the window; watching the rain with a smile on his face.

As if he didn't just messed up Jimin's mind.

"Y-You're lying -"

Taehyung whipped his head to face him, and shakes his head with a now serious face.

"Why would i? What good would i get if i did?"

Jimin didn't know how to respond to that question so he just shuts his mouth. His friend is right, lying would get him no where but sometimes telling the truth would do no good either.

"H-His husband .." Jimin trailed, feeling a lump of saliva on his throat and the loud beating of his heart.

"C-Chanyeol .. H-He's -"

Jimin couldn't find the words to say, couldn't find the will to finished his sentence; but Taehyung did the honors for him.

"You're older brother, yes."

The blue-haired male grips his beverage tighter at the mention of his older brother.

Yes, Park Chanyeol is his older brother, and Yoongi's ex-husband.

His brother that comitted suicide 2 years ago.

He knew that his brother married someone before, but he and Jungkook has never seen his face because Jimin was busy with his own life and problems. He was busy hating and despising his father to the point that he moved out of the household and never visited his family ever since.

And according to Jungkook, his older brother never introduced his husband to the family; nor even say where they are living or details about it.

All they knows was his husband's name was 'Suga', but never knew that his real name will be Min Yoongi.

His current boyfriend.

Seems like life is playing games with them that's why he met Yoongi, and it seems life isn't finished playing yet.

"Does Y-Yoongi knows?" Jimin asks with a voice barely above a whisper.

He's feeling sick at his stomach with the thought that his brother is the reason for Yoongi's condition, because he was there when Chanyeol had committed suicide when he jumped from the building.

Jimin knew that his brother's death was so gruesome that's why the casket was never opened, maybe it's the reason why Yoongi is so traumatized.

So traumatized to the point that he couldn't speak.

"I don't think he does Jimin but .." His friend trailed.

"If you are planning on marrying him, don't you think he should know first? Considering how Chanyeol treated him before,"

Jimin, despite the feelings of dread inside him, narrows his eyes in confusion at Taehyung's choice of words.

"W-What do you mean? H-How did Channie-hyung treated Yoongi back then?"

His friend didn't say anything, instead he looks out of the window again - watching the now hard rain outside.

"Tae -"

"Ask him Jimin. I don't think i am in the right place to tell,"

Jimin stares down at his drink, which is now consists of 10% coffee and 90% water due to the ice melting.

He doesn't know if he's ready to ask, nor even ready to know.

He combs his fingers through his ash locks in a stressful manner, and chews his bottom lip anxiously.

"I .. I -"

"I know. It's hard to process everything right? But trust me, if Yoongi is comfortable enough he will tell you what happened. I'm sure he will though, considering the fact that he moved in with you,"

Jimin doesn't know how to feel about that. He's been with Yoongi for a few months now, and he loves the older - he really do.

But him telling Yoongi about his brother is scaring him too much as well.

He doesn't know if Yoongi will understand, or accept that his older brother was his ex-husband.

Or worst, Yoongi might left him.

The feeling of dread inside him intensifies as well as the fear building up inside him.

He doesn't want to lose Yoongi.

He doesn't think he can.

So he thought of what's the best thing to do in this situation,

Is to hide the truth from Yoongi.

AN; this is a short chapter, and i am sorry. This is also a double update because i think i might not be able to update for a week bc yeah im having an internal crisis atm.

Anyways, i am also thinking of hard editing this book once it's finished bc i don't know - it seems lacking to me in some flavors and aspect. Wdyt?
