My throat felt dry as I stare at the two men in my life. What are they doing? Why are they... talking?
Stupid, Caelene! Of course, Jaehyun already told me before na he knew my father because he and Papa are just in same field but!
Tanner noticed my shaking, worry laced through his face. "Hey, you're shaking." he said.
Mariin akong umiling. "Can I excuse myself?" I asked. I just don't feel like him watching me pray for my own life.
He's really worried to me right now, obviously, He's just fighting himself from touching me because my boyfriend are just right there!
"S-sure... See you around.." Hindi na ako nagsalita pa at mabilis na bumalik sa table. The guy's still over there, and from the way he sit, it looks like he knew what I'm shaking for.
"You're sweating bullet," presko niyang sabi sa akin.
Sobrang lakas ng tambol ng puso ko ngayon. Sumulyap uli ako sa kanila and they are still talking! There's a big smile on Jaehyun's face and my Papa's just casually listening to him!
Hindi naman sa I forbid them to talk but... my Papa don't know about us! Walang sinabi sa akin si Jaehyun na he has plans on talking with my father!
Malay ko bang sabihin niya na kaming dalawa! Kilala ko pa naman si Papa! If he despised my past ex boyfriends na ka-age ko lang, what more pa kaya si Jaehyun na....
"Tago relasyon niyo?" My eyes bore into the annoying guy beside me.
I didn't give him any emotions on my face. Bakit ba siya nakikialam? Hindi ko nga siya kilala! So wala siyang karapatan na magtanong! Feeling close!
He's waiting for my answer, but when he knew that I have no plans on answering him, he crossed his arms and lean on the chair.
"You won't sweat like that if you're keeping a secret in an open lid." Napunta na naman sa akin ang tingin niya. "There's no harm on trying. Mabait si Tito, he'll surely understand you."
"Can you please fuck off?"
"Your Ninong was the one who invited me here. So if he said he doesn't want me here, I'll stay." Kumindat pa siya!
Kaya nga ako umalis sa table na 'to para layuan siya pero kailangan kong bumalik dahil sa nakita ko! Ugh!
I wish I could talk to Ninong so I can tell him na paalisin itong isang 'to! He's acting like he knew what I'm doing!
Tinalikuran ko siya at sinubukan na ifocus ang sarili sa stage. Kahit na nandoon lahat ng focus ko, ramdam na pa rin ang titig na tumatagos sa likuran ko. Galing sa nakakainis na lalaki sa likuran ko.
Gustong-gusto kong bumalik sa puwesto kung saan iniwan ko si Tanner. Pero ayaw ng puso ko. Hindi ko alam kung bakit.
Oo, nag-uusap lang sila. I never knew that a simple talk from my father and boyfriend could make me crazy like this.

"Caelene.."
Kakatapos ko lang basahin lahat ng offers ng venue for future celebrations nang tawagin ako ni Papa mula sa likuran ko.
Nawala na lahat ng dugo sa mukha ko dahil sa mga nangyari kanina. Ilang oras na rin simula nang makita ko silang dalawa.. at ngayon pa lang siya lumapit sa akin?
"Yeah?" Tinago ko ang kaba sa mga ngiti ko.
I secretly peek behind him, hoping that he's with Jaehyun but no. Wala na naman iyong boyfriend ko. Pati sina Donovan o Mark.
