3rd Person POV

"So...the plan was to scatter us and then kill us..." Shouto confirms with a scoff as a puff of breath passes his lips. "You were woefully unprepared..." he chastises, taking in the immobilized villains all captured thanks to his ice. 'These villains really think they can take on All Might?' he thinks, a mild, and somewhat rare, sensation of disbelief claiming him for a moment before it's swiftly buried. "In fact, it looks to me like you've had no training..." the teen adds, letting his stoic gaze sweep over his enemies. "You haven't the slightest idea of how to use your quirks..."

"T-This power..." one starts shakily as Todoroki calmly walks through the frozen villains. "He froze us the instant we warped here!"

"He's not a kid, he's a monster!" another adds as he seemingly tries to break free.

"S-s-so c-cold..."

Todoroki paid heed to none of them, mulling the situation over as the memory of that blue haired villain flashes in his mind's eye.

"Where is he? I went through the trouble of bringing so many friends who are eager to meet him!"

Shouto scowls. 'How do they plan to kill All Might?' he ponders. 'At first I thought they'd gathered an elite force of criminals who could simply overpower him...' at the thought, another villain made himself known, this time brandishing a machete, but the dual quirk teen was hardly fazed. With barely a thought, ice blooms from his foot toward the villain while another tried to sneak up on Todoroki with a staff. He easily sidestepped and grabbed the weapom, letting frost crawl its way to the owner in mere seconds.

'Pathetic...This can't possibly be their master plan...Most of these villains are low level thugs...Just pawns...' the staff creaked under pressure before shattering into frozen pieces and crumbling to the ground. The villain trying to sneak up on him looked stunned but Shouto hardly gives him a second thought as he fell, encased in ice. 'From what I can tell...there are only four or five truly dangerous people here...' he thought back to the large avian villain with its brain exposed, the warp villain and the blue haired one with lifeless hands clinging to his form. 'He must be their leader...'

Todoroki would never admit this, of course, but that villain disturbs even him.

Pushing the thought down, he turns to the villain who tried a frontal assault with his blade. 'If that's the case, then what we need right now is more information...'

"Listen well...If you stay frozen your cells will slowly die as your bodies succumb to frostbite and hypothermia. Luckily for you, I wanna be a hero so I'd like to avoid any unnecessary cruelty." Todoroki almost snorts at the tears gathering in the villain's eyes. 'And you're supposed to be the adult...A villain no less...' he thinks sourly as he raises his hand and channels his ice. Frigid vapors drift from his right palm as it hovers over the man's horror-stricken face. "I can only do that if you tell me how you plan to kill All Might...That's the only way you'll survive."

"R-Remember, Midoriya...We're just here to see how things are going, alright?" Mineta whispers harshly as the trio hide near the shoreline separating the plaza from the Shipwreck Zone.
