As she stopped to catch her breath, she looked back. She looked back towards everything she's faced, and once she was ready she slowly turned forward smiling knowing she never gave up, and now she is where she always wanted to be. Knowing the pain would still find ways to her, she takes another step forward. There is no reason her past should define her. She's nothing like the girl she used to be. She's ready to be who she's waited so long to be.
Don't live in the past. Be willing to step away from the past, and evolve into something better.
