                                              "hang on, we'll be right there" darry said, hanging up the phone "that was dally. the cops are after him, we gotta hide him!" darry said, you all ran out of the house, frantically.
                          as you ran, you saw the lights through your tears from Johnny's sudden departure. the cops were there. you continued to spring, then you saw it. dally's silhouette, running through the courtyard. the fuzz pulled around, circling him. he aimed the empty gun, trying to fake a bluff.
                          it worked 

                          you found yourself running faster and faster, trying to get to him before the cops did 
                          boom.
                          boom.
                          boom.
                          "no!!" you screamed, watching dally roll down the hill "don't shoot!" you screamed, along with the rest of the gang
                          dally crawled his way over to you
                          "pony" he mumbled, before dropping dead
                          two in one night. your best friends. as you felt a void grow in your chest, you tried running towards the cops, not knowing what you would do next, but you found yourself being held back
                          "no! let me go! it wasn't loaded you stupid fucks! it wasn't loaded! you don't know what you just did, do you?!" you screamed "you dirty assholes! fuck you! I hate you!" you screamed at the police
                          "shhh, shhh" soda comforted you as you sank to the ground in his arms
                          "I can't, soda! I can't lose them both! not in the same- I can't!" you sobbed
                          "it's okay, I'm here, we're all here. it's gonna be okay" he whispered in your ear. you could feel his tears leaving him, and rolling down your neck and shoulder 
                          "it wasn't even loaded" you whispered, trying to maintain your sobs.
                          you slowly crawled over to his now lifeless body. you turned him over, his face looking at you. his eyes were still open, causing more whimpers to escape your lips.
                          "dally" you whispered, closing his eyes "dally"
