Chapter 19 The Yull Ball

Harry and John Spent Christmas Eve and Part of Christmas day with James Lily and Cassidy in their guest rooms at Hogwarts they where staying for the ball.  Harry and John and Cassidy woke on Christmas the later of the two racing into the Living room where James and Lily where sitting the under the Christmas Tree had a lot of presents and the stockings had Candy and sweets and toys. 

James smiled as Lily Said ' happy Christmas my loves go ahead and open your presents !' She said  John dug in and Harry helped Cassidy find hers and set them down by her as Cassidy opened her's.  Harry then opened his own From Derrick A  Journal that's connected one he and Maria have so they can write and talk during class,   From the twins a bunch of Pranks since He , derrick, Fred and George and Lee Jordan are the New  Marauder's.   From Maria  a Album  with photos of them from age 9 to now  from John a box of Candy and the Black Quills latest Album, From Cassidy a drawing, and a Chocolate frog from James  a book on original pranks that he Sirius and Remus did.  From Lily  New Dark green dragon hide boots to match his dress robes and a book on advanced Magic, From Remus  a cloth bag small enough to hold precious items  from Sirius a pocket knife that can unlock anything.

After an enjoyable day with his family he heads to the Ravenclaw Dorm with Derrick to get ready He smiles  as he gets ready trying to smooth his messy hair as he groaned in Annoyance as Derrick came out looking like James Bond. He grinned at Harry 'Ready for your debut Champ?' He asked ' yeah  nice tie' he said ' your mom said this will match Alex's dress' he said looking down at his yellow Black tie.

Derrick went to  pick up Alexis at the Hufflepuff entrance  while Harry waited for Maria to come down His eyes widen when someone came down the Ravenclaw girls dorm, Her hair was black and in curls her eyes sparkling and her dress was beautiful  "Holy  Hell, ' He said ' you look beautiful' he said presenting her with a flower that goes on her wrist. 

"Shale we My Lady?" He asked 'we shale' She Said smiling brightly, taking his arm and the pair walk out of the common room. And  met Derrick escorting Alexis who looked gorgeous in her dress   they Went to the great Hall  ' Hey you guys look great' Angelina Said smiling at Maria and Harry She stood next to Fred, Katie next to George, Lee with Alice and Cedric and Cho, John was waiting  talking to Ron and Padme, Lily and James stood by Cassidy  was wearing a pink dress her hair in curls  she was held by Lily. 

Headmistress McGonical stood in her fancy dress robes' Can everyone please head to the great hall' She said smiling  As everyone but the champions and their dates stood their , Harry with Maria, in first and  Krum and Hermione , And Roger Davis and Fleur in third, John saw Ginny his mouth dropped open. "Wow you look great we better head inside' He muttered holding out his arm as she took it giggling as they went in McGonical entered to  as the doors opened once more to reveal the champions and their dates as everyone cheered loudly.

Harry took Maria by the waist as Flitwick started the band as they waltzed  gracefully as he lifted her in the air holding her by the waist and Bringing her back down Sirius escorted McGonical Remus and Tonks, Ron and Padme and John and Ginny joined and Neville and Luna Lovegood. Soon a lot of people joined As it turned into a fast Song Harry and Maria danced laughing Derrick and Alexis where also Close by . 

James and Lily where dancing as well and after Sirius danced with McGonical he took Cassidy for a spin on the dance floor her laughter could be heard . Harry and Maria and Derrick and Alexis stopped to get drinks and some food sitting at a round table joined by Krum and Hermione, James and Lily and Cassidy, Sirius, Remus and Tonks as John looked for Ron finding him dancing with Padme a smile on his face ' Looks like Ron's over his crush on Hermione ' he muttered to Harry who smirked ' Any bets on how long those two will last?' He asked pointing to Ron and Padme who oddly seemed to connect, ' Till their 6th year then Ron and Hermione will realize that they are in love with each other' Maria said ' I Agree they are so blind of how they truly feel' Alexis said as Hermione looked at the 6th years narrowing her brown eyes. John looked at Ginny 'want to get some fresh Air?" He asked

Ginny blushed as she stood up as he escorted her  out in the courtyard ' Ginny Weasley would you be my girlfriend?' He asked as she blushed a bright pink  tears brewing in her eyes'yes 'She said throwing her arms around him and kissing him deeply.
