There has been a very big arrest in the Ocean house case. Eight children between the ages of three months to thirteen have been found in a concealed basement, dirty, malnourished and scared. The owner of the house and registered foster mother, Marlene Ocean has been arrested in connection with abuse and other crimes against children. We go live to the scene in five.
