i saw the best spirits of this past generation
climbing up progress' cliff
only to fall down it, bringing down a nation
burying itself into a myth
dragging down years of abuse
blazing trees and excess of use
several minds going over the same thoughts
convincing themselves of their powerlessness
did not know that action was not just made for robots
but also for humans giving up their selfishness
nature does not need someone to blame
had we covered our ears to this future unclear
it would have been a shame
wouldn't it be wretched to make it disappear?
