oh ana by mother mother
(trigger warning!!!)

miles fairchild was a child full of hatred for others;
at least that's what most would say.

y/n l/n would say otherwise, saying he's a cool guy.

the boy thought he was god, corrupting things as he went. he could do anything he wanted whenever
he wanted. he pushed people away no matter
how much they wanted to know him.
it was what he did.

y/n was an exception though. her personality was
sort of a smack in the face. she was so quiet that even miles was intrigued. she never stared nor made eye contact, not even to the teachers at school.

it lured him in so much that he made her talk.
he found out that she was a troubled child like him.
he offered to let her stay at his house for as long as she wanted, his intentions being clear to y/n.

she was his weakness, meaning he would have to keep her around. she was so interesting to him that he craved the words that flowed out of her mouth.

she would briefly tell him off stories from back where she lived; how she could feel no pain at all,
how she'd ante up and play that god a poker game
and walk away with all of his spare change.

miles called y/n his angel, an angel that sat
upon his shoulder; an angel he couldn't kill.

the boy pushed away everyone he could, the
only true person he liked being with was y/n.
the world around him grew toxic the longer she
was around and the longer they were alone.
they sat on top of a cloud and watched the
world decay, making them laugh away.

every so often he would stroke her hair behind her
ear, not noticing how he was killing himself
mentally and physically. he smiled, as did she,
when he pulled her closer.

you are the angel that i couldn't kill.
