Shapeshifting: As werewolf, Amaris has the ability to turn into a wolf at will.
Aging: As a werewolf, Amaris' will physically age at a much slower rate after the age of 19, and might not even appear any older then 30 by the time she is 90 years of age. (The oldest werewolf in history lived to be over a century old, and never appeared to be any older then 50).
Weaknesses:
Emotional Impulsiveness: As a newly awakened werewolf, Amaris has trouble controlling her new abilities, and can lose control if her emotions get the best of her.
Shapeshifting: On nights where the moon is full, Amaris' abilities are especially ightened and she is more prone to shift
Lunar Calendar: On Nights where there is no moon, Amaris' enhanced abilities are greatly weakened.

Amaris and Lukas met under critical circumstances, but were unable to fully bond due to the kidnapping of her friend, Victoria, who was mistaken for her. Fearing that Victoria would be hurt should the truth be found out, Amaris and Lukas agreed to stay away from each other until the young human was out of harms way.
