Wondering down stairs I saw Jodie, Jane and Tyson gathered around the TV, Jane was curled up in her husband's side with a book while he watched the show play out and spoke quietly to his sister. I smiled at the three and silently crept over to the kitchen. Thomas and Jordan sat at the together on the stools silently chatting while Jordan went through some papers. Typical men can't even leave their work for a night.

I walked into the kitchen waving a hello and jumping up on a stool next to Jordan.

"Where's Julie?" Thomas asked as he watched the door way almost as if he were waiting for her to appear.

"I sent her to bed; she was grumpy and ready to kill you again." I shrugged and turned my attention to Thomas. There was something a lot more laid back about him that separated him from Jordan, a more playful attitude? – But then Jordan was playful at times, I had seen that. Maybe it was the way he went from joking around to glaring at you? – Jordan did that too. It was hard to describe the difference between the twins, but it was there and clear as day if you spared more than a minute with them.

"But I haven't done anything yet!" He defeated.

"Yet?" So he planned on doing something?

"Well yeah, I mean I'm bound to do something to piss her off soon." He rolled his eyes in clear annoyance. Yeah Julie and Thomas have nothing in common what so ever.

"Oh I think you breathing is doing that just fine." Jordan interrupted, not even looking up as he flicked over the next page of the collective of papers.

"Maybe just give her some space; Julie doesn't react well if she's backed into a corner." I suggested sticking to my previous statement that I was going to help Thomas.

"Yeah well it's not all my fault."

"Yeah but most of it is." Jordan interrupted again earning him a deep glare that could melt butter.

"Do you mind? You're not in this conversation." Thomas said gesturing between him and me.

"Then don't have it around me."

"Fine. Walk away."

"No, I was here first." Now this time Jordan did look up, a challenging glare directed at his twin.

"Boys, seriously if you don't stop I'm going to help Julie plan your demises." I scolded.

Jordan looked at me then with a blank expression before turning to his brother. "Yeah you think Julie is bad you should this one with a list." He flashed me a smirk over his shoulder.

"You know what, I don't want to know." Thomas said as he slid off the stool and started walking off.

"Where are you going?" I called after him.

"To give Julie a reason to kill me." He smirked.

"Your parents know he'll never make it out of here alive right?" I whispered turning around to Jordan.

"Yep. I think they're on Julie's side though." He folded all of his papers and stuffed them into his bag that was sitting on the bench. He stood up and pushed his bag aside before turning his attention to me. "Come on." He held out his hand for me to take.

Don't take his hand. Whatever you do don't take his hand!

My hand moved and placed itself in his, my fingers lacing themselves around his.

No, what are you doing?! Stupid hands, don't listen to me.

"Where are we going?" I asked as he pulled me along walking me outside.
