'AVI I KNOW YOU DID NOT JUST DO THAT!'

"Shut up Jynx! I will not have that thing  as my mate."

'You're just scared.'

If I rolled my eyes any further they would be stuck up in my brain. I know I broke her heart but did I care? no. I don't like women like that. Or at least I don't think so.  

"Aviva! Hold on." I felt Galen grip my arm, "You have to come with us." 

I looked at him and gave a small nod. Grey was being comforted by my mama and some other woman. Why are either one of them touching her? 

'Jealous?'

"W-ha...no- i'm not- UGH!'

"Mom?" 

All three of them looked at me, only one looked away. The other woman looked at my mom, at me, then at Grey. I could hear her whisper a "will you be okay?" Grey just shrugged at her, her eyes looking soulless. The poor thing. 

"Ms. May if you will, I must take my leave now." The lady had on a maid's uniform, maybe she was a maid here. "Hey Grey, looks like the well isn't calling your name anymore." Grey gave out a broken chuckle.

"Y-yea... maybe it isn't." Was she really broken because I wont be her mate? Who would ever want something broken like me? I felt small fireworks in my arm. It felt amazing...No no. I don't like women. But I couldn't help but take in as much of Grey's scent, as I could, and tried not to make any noises from how delicious it smelled. Grey's breathe fanned my ear.

 "Avi...you're not broken. You never was, even if the world may see you as a broken thing, I know in my heart that you'll gladly kick someone's ass if need be. And my sweet blossom, that's what they all say before giving in." 

"UGH!" I knew my face was as red as a tomato, but I needed her to move away from me. I looked her right in the eyes, and I couldn't speak. I was speechless. She was so beautiful...Did she really want something like me..? She rose a  perfect eyebrow at me. 

"Is that really a question, mate?"

"Shut up! I'm not your mate, and I'll never be!" I needed to get out of here! "Galen didn't you say we needed to come with you?" 

"Um, yes but you two were having some kind of sexual ten-"

"There was no tension between us!" The demons, or so i remember Grey saying something close to it. 

"Nono, my avi. Im a God, he's the demon. And-" She pulled me closer to her but the waist, making my body flush with hers. "SERIOUSLY?!?"

"Y-you kissed me?"

"And you slapped me in my beautiful face." She looked like you took a bone from a hungry pup. I was honestly starting to question if I was the bone and she was the pup. Out of the corner of my eyes, I could tell she was smirking. 

"Grey this is the second time you got hit in the face-"

"Shut the hell up! When you were making dirty jokes to Mimi, she hit you with the butt of a knife!"

He dramatically gasped, "How dare you!?" I couldn't help but giggle at their kid like attitude with each other. It feels good to smile, to giggle. I haven't done it in years. 

Grey leaned in closer, for only me to hear, " Just wait till I make you scream my name, Avi."

"I- Mom, I'm scared." 

"Oh hunny, just wait till you meet a horny Grey. Now, that. That's interesting." 

She groaned, "Listen here, bub, I was 200 at the time, I couldn't control myself. But now I have Avi, and I'm about to act up. "

"Okay Avi, Ima about to be your sex ed-" 

"Okay that's enough out of you two!" Mama was trying to cover my ears, but failed when Grey growled at her, pulling me deeper into her embrace. 

"What's a sex ed?" Both of them were holding back tears and laughter.  "Well someone answer me!"

"No, my Avi. You'll learn when you let me be your mate."

"Alright cool, so never."

"Damn- Grey, I feel so bad for you. Be glad, she's allowing you to be holding her right now."

"Why the fuck Im cuddling her now?" I didn't mind her holding me, it felt nice. All the sparks going off between us, made me only lean into her touch. Although, I was shivering with every wet kiss I got on my neck. Damn those lips! Why don't I just give in..? NO! No, I'm going to see if I like women first. 

"Well, that plan isn't going to last long." Why does everything she does is a turn on? Especially how rough her voice sounded when it was meant only for my ear. "Oh my sweet Ari, you've seen nothing yet." My knees aren't wobbling, yours are!

"Stop it or I'll push you away." She groaned a 'fine'. She looked confused for a minute. 

"Galen, you take mama Seley to our Doc and I'll take Avi." 

"What are you going to do with my daughter?"

Her soften at my mama, "Ma'am, you and your daughter need medical attention, you're both under weight and sickly pale. We need to get you to a good doctor before something bad happens to the both of you. As of the REST of you lot! Leave, this ball is over!" 

There wasn't that much complaints, some looked happy that the ball ended. I saw the Beta come closer to us. 

"Grey?"

She hummed as she was looking him up and down, "He looks like a Brad."

"His name is Brad."

"Great, time to deal with your dad's minions." 

Let the blood bath begin...
